It's absolutely filthy. Health department beware, took my money, went to prepare food, no gloves. Cutting knife next to the cash register. Took 20 minutes to remind them I ordered food. One customer had received the wrong food, was told "no refunds or replacements"
Our oldest son ordered $98 worth of wings and meals and even tipped the delivery driver $15. Delivery driver said he completed the delivery, no food was ever delivered, he wouldn't answer text or call. When we called Wingstop to find out the issue they wouldn't answer or when the did they pick up and hang up.
I like their French fries. That's all I ordered. I was angry that I ordered ahead so I wouldn't have to wait and they hadn't even started bc I only ordered fries. So I had to stand around in the dirty store.
As customer I absolutely love their Parmesan Garlic chicken tenders and sweet fries with ranch. My orders are always hot and freshly made. Unfortunately, they’re not always accurate though and the employees themselves can be quite rude at times.
As a DoorDash driver I don’t like picking up orders from this merchant strictly because of the long wait times. The store is usually busy and even when it’s not there is still a wait of at least 15 minutes..which is considerable when delivering orders on a time limit.
The ice machine was empty and they ran out of ice completely but indeed everyone had shoes on so that was a positive change to see and the food was amazing! My gf was happy so happy wife happy life :)
Wings are hot and plenty of sauce, I did ask, I always ask for my fries to be extra done for my voodoo fries, but they never are extra done... come on when I say extra done I want a crunch with my fries.
Update::: I won't be back to wingstop, when I got my last order home, cockroaches was in the bag. Thank God I got them killed.
Havent been here and new to this area but after seeing all these bad reviews I will not try this place they can keep their food .. smh ..
Ordered 2 orders of seasoned fries online and got an email saying that the order would be ready in 16-21 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later. After waiting at the call in order register for another 5-10 minutes of watching others get their order placed and filled, I stepped over to the other register and showed them my online order. It became apparent very quickly that my order hadn't even been made. No acknowledgement, no explanation, no apology. They proceeded to make the food and simply handed me a sealed bag. I checked the bag before I left and discovered that the large sauce that I paid $4.29 for wasn't in the bag. Back to the counter, waited for the cashier to finish taking another person's order and told her that the sauce I had ordered and paid for wasn't there. A guy from the back handed me cups of sauces and walked away. Again, no acknowledgement, no explanation, no apology.
The only thing left is for me to give them no business in the future.
