I ordered the 40 pack with all veggies no fries and extra veggies. This is what I got and on top of the wings had feathers in them. And this wing i was disgusted! The last two photos are from wingatop in ashland hands down the best that's what a large side of veggies look likes. Yall are trash lorain ave location
GM is incredibly rude. I just walked into the store when corporate was there and they act SO different.
good to see the bathroom is also open for the first time in over 6 months on the day corporate shows up, they never open it because they don't want to clean it. also tables are set up to eat today, it is NEVER like this any other day.
I am going to start recording how rude and messy this store is on a daily basis when i pick up doordash.
Well just got back home from trying to get a replacement for my rotten vegs. Was given a hard time from both management and line cook. Line cook said if they got cut up today how could they be slimy? Well they could have been half rotten when they got cut. A line cook talking to a customer like that? When I brought up about the parking lot being filled with trash manager said it not their responsibility because it is not their customers do. The area manager needs to take a good look at this store.
The place was nasty the area by the drinks was nasty and was not stocks. Fries were cold and I picked my order up early. Service was terrible the young lady working with a scarf tied on her head like she was going to bed was rude and nasty not welcoming at all I will never order from the wing stop on 105 and Lorain again NEVER because of how
I was talked to and treated when I arrived
The garlic parmesean bone-in wings were super dry and had no flavor. The lemon pepper bone-in wings had very little flavor. The fries were seasoned but they were mostly small pieces. This was a Friday night and I expected their best. Disappointed for sure. Too bad I included a tip for the takeout order. I might try a different location in a few years.
The lemon pepper flavor chicken sandwich was so tasty. I love the seasoning in the fry. I am addicted to it. Usually, take it to go but tasted so good dine in when you sandwich and fries are piping hot!

Man didn't even open the window, when we told him the name, he walked off and came back a 30 seconds later and said "someone else picked it up"
He refused to remake it or acknowledge that there was a mess up
I don't know how a location that only does online orders can give the wrong person the order
Terrible attitude and zero accountability
I bought the 40 piece combo with what was supposed to be 20 traditional buffalo and 20 boneless bbq. When i got to the window after about 45 minutes waiting i was told to pull back around to the end of the line to wait on fresh fries where i waited for an additional 45 minutes before i got my food. When i got home and opened it i was immediately upset because the traditional wings only had 12 in the box and the boneless had 8!! I tried calling the store 3 times one of which rang until it went busy and the other 2 seemed as if the phone was picked up and immediately hung up.
