DONT EAT HERE! Just ordered through Uber eats and there was a DEAD ROACH in my wings. Clearly the employees don’t clean or maintain the restaurant. If I could give it zero stars I would. 0/5.
The entire crew, staff, and management team is terrible . They took a customers complaint as a joke and they were very unprofessional. The person taking my order did not pay attention while I was giving my order and kept asking me to repeat myself. They were picking items up off the floor and putting it under food! Did not wash there hands and laughed in a customers face with disrespect. Franchisee or corporate has to do something about the training of the staff. This puts such a bad name to the Wingstop brand and this is unfair to other Wingstop establishments.
Worst experience ever I will never go back it was originally the best location they need to do better service was very bad and cups smells like mop water they would not help correct my online order and tried to make me pay for another meal instead. Get rid of the entire staff. Not that my little few dollars will hurt but this location will never see me again they need to be shut down nasty dirty place
Wings are crispy and flavorful. I love the hot honey rub. The tenders and boneless wings are good too but I will always get traditional wings. Fries can sometimes be on the colder side but not that big of an issue for me. The ranch is my favorite thing ????. Sometimes the ice machine is down but the staff is very on it. They will do their best to yet your order for you as soon as possible.
Don’t bother going here. They messed up a flavor of my order and I understand that mistakes happen but they made a huge deal about it and were so rude. They made me wait on the phone for over 10 minutes and demanded that I bring the wrong food back in. They more than likely sold that food to the next person even though I told them that my kids had already touched them. The worst service I’ve ever experienced. James and Idalia were the ones who took and handled the order.
They got my order completely wrong and love to slack and talk when they should be working James and the other girl who works for the calls we talking and laughing most of the time every time I ho to this location they get my order perfect but this time it was a bad experience and when we called to let them know they got my order wrong they want to have an attitude and make everything more complicated they charged us for things we didn't even order one star rating isn't enough for me it should be nothing they need better service and better people and the fact that they talked and laughed and it wasn't even busy when we went and they got it wrong still their attitude and skills and lack of work needs helping on.... worst experience ever I just wanted my food the CORRECT WAY !
The food took 45 plus minutes. I ordered online in advance and it still wasn’t ready by the time it said it was going to be. The area is small ,compact , and mystery liquid on the floor. There is also no where for people to sit, so they just stand by the door. The coworkers don’t understand what they are doing.They continued to ask me my name multiple times and barely searched for my name on the bag. They also ran out of beverages and ice even though people paid for a drink.The manager also didn’t know what to do. He sat there confused many times not only to me but to other people that were inside the store. There was also other people giving complaints about their food taking an hour and a half to be done just for them to come back inside saying it was done incorrectly.
Typically food is made on time or sooner than time given. About 75% of the time the order is correct. Mainly when the place is busy, make sure to double check the order.
