Went into wing stop upset because I was missing food when my door dash was delivered. I had to apologize because they was so patient with me and did everything they could possibly do to accommodate me. I deeply apologize because I was wrong and out of line. But the fact they still was nice to me. They still redid my order. They still smiled at me after my behavior. I definitely recommend this wing stop. They have 100% great customer service. And the songs was so good. I'm definitely praying for God to bring them a lot customers and their store get acknowledged more for their awesome wings and their great customer service. Even though I was wrong for yelling at them they still made it right for me by keeping calm and fixing the problem. IV apologize so many times. But I'm definitely impressed. I wish the owner knew how great that whole staff was on yesterday.

Called in my order. Guy was nice had my order just like I wanted it. They did good with the cook of the chicken and the wet on the wings was great. Friendly staff will be going back because of the great customer service. Was debating on going because of some reviews but I guess they have made some changes and I got good service.
We have had many complaints with this location but we keep ordering because it is the closest to us. Myself and coworkers ordered often. It is always something wrong with our orders. Well today was the last straw. Find a bug in my drink. I guess it’s better than the glass I found in my fries once.

I was right in cashiers face and he put his AirPods in and immediately got on his phone. I said “excuse me??!” Idk if he’s like 16 or what but very unprofessional. Then they Forgot my FRIES! How do you forget fries at wingstop. And when I said something they didn’t even acknowledge it just took the bag… and when I finally got it back just handed me the fries… didn’t put meal back in bag or anything. I said “yall don’t apologize or nothing?” Andrew the cashier just walked away. Most unprofessional location.
We tried the Limited Edition Hot Lemon Pepper , Limited Edition Maple Siracha , & Hickory BBQ with the Seasoned Fries , Pineapple & Strawberry Sprite and Strawberry Dr Pepper. This was the 15 piece boneless wing special that comes with Seasoned Fries and two small drinks.
The last 3 times I have ordered here has been completely wrong. I am willing to drive to another one just to avoid this location now.
Don't even waste your time to come here, worst service ever. I order online at 8:35 vía the app which said that it would take 57-62 min. I received a message that my order was completed and headed to pick my order, I arrived at 9:43 pm, when ask for it, the lady went and look for it it wasn't even ready. I was told that it will be ready in another 10 min., I stated that my app show me completed at 9:34 and she just laughed and told me that they have been busy. I'm still here waiting will come back with an update shortly. Will see how much more......alright it's 9:55 and I just got my order after 1 hr and 20 later....
