A young man at the register just now. Is the most respectful young person I have encountered. He mad my day I left feeling like I was a person. I have a walker and sometimes people make you feel like a burden or annoyance. Not this young man!! I definitely will be back to this location. Thank you
Terrible is the best description I can give this wing stop ! They screw up a very simple order , and when you drive 9 miles to get there and 9 to get home with food and they forget things you ordered n paid for then you call to let em know and they put u on hold not once but 3 times and you call again and they finally get the mgr on phone and all he does is tell you how busy they are and this can happen cause they are soooo busy! And all he can do is offer a credit so next time when u come in just give em your phone # and you will have a credit on file! Like do you think I wanna go back ???? No
Guy at the front...if they sold personalities on Amazon, they'd probably try you first. You're the worst. It seemed like I was bothering you by asking questions before making a purchase. And if dipping sauce comes with wings, why look bothered when I ask for some, especially after noticing you neglected to give it to me. And to think I was told not to go there because of the bad service. And hey owner/manager...you can forego the patronizing "please allow us to make this right" sermon in response to this. You wanna make it right, put a camera on your greeters and get rid of the ones who feel annoyed by having to answer customer questions!
This is definitely the wing stop to go to! They work very hard to get the orders prepared on time and accurately. Best quality too, so good I drive PAST the Deerfield Beach location just to go to this one. It’s sad that the quality varies so much depending on which store you go to, but at least if you know that, you can go to the best one. Go to this one if you’re in the area, and avoid the Deerfield one, you’ll understand why if you’ve ever been to both, it’s a day and night difference.
Bad service and careless employees !!! I went there to place an order over 12$ with an 50$ dollar bill and was told by a female Caucasian cashier she cannot accept my money and that they don’t have any change in store and that I need to use an smaller bill !! so I asked another employee that works there if it’s possible he can get me change for my 50$ than he tells me he just clocked out and that he can’t help me..which caused me to not order my food and leave foodless !!! I will never come to this BS location again !!!
I stopped going to Wingsstop over 4 years ago, foods quality and service was terrible back then and left me a bad taste about the company.
Last week and today I decided to try them out as not many good places to eat are open till 11 around here so I tried them out again. I was so surprised and happy with my meal I tried them out today for a 2nd time this week and they tasted amazing again!!! I was there at 1040 (which usually if you order food this late, a restaurant won’t care about your order) but they did. Fries were fresh and hot, chicken was good and crispy along with plenty of sauce for dipping. Price is definitely fair for all that you get. (I got the 22$ meal with 16 boneless wings and 6 tenders with large fries and 3 sauces) everything was top tier and me and my gf had leftovers for the next day.
I also see a lot of people complaining on here about how much time it takes them to make the food, but I’ve seen them cooking and all food is cooked to order! So why be mad about time when the quality is this good? The guy at the register was very nice and professional and got my order out quickly after I asked for it at pickup. Overall 5 stars! Thank you and huge shout out to the cooks that were there at 1030pm on 5/11. Please give them some sort of recognition because it’s hard to find good employees these days and they definitely deserve it. I am now a loyal wingstop customer again.
Decent food! I consider myself to be a chicken wing aficionado and I was very pleased with the a menu options that we had here the service was pretty good and the wings turned out dam fine.
We will never visit this location again. They forgot our sides when we picked it up, and did nothing to acknowledge it or make it right. The location is filthy as well.
