As soon as we walked in we were greeted. Acknowledgement goes a long way,so thanks for making those that came with me and I feel welcomed. Diego was very proper and made sure to repeat the order back to me as to ensure accuracy with our dinner. Definitely coming back. Great atmosphere,great staff. And that genuine smile Diego has while taking our order made for a great night out with friends.
Terrible service. Ordered for pickup 20 piece hot wings and got 10 lemon pepper. Wait time was 25 min, was over an hour. By the time we saw order was wrong, they had closed. Needs new managment. Horrible service, last time I order from there
This place is not worth it!! Spend your money somewhere else. We ordered on line and had our food delivered. This is the third time they messed up our order and it doesn't matter if you order on line or go in! We were missing 3 sauces, an order of fries, an order of carrots, and no pickles in my sandwich. When my husband called to ask about making it right and the freaking guy told him to hold while he got the manager. He had to drive over there to talk to someone because he was on hold for over 20 minutes! Service sucks, they are very unprofessional and they don't care about customer service. The manager didn't even show face when my husband went to talk to someone. This is insane!
Horrible service.. very unorganized… ordered online to avoid waiting 30min for my food .. I get there and they tell me it’s still being made … 25min pass and nothing.. turns out they took things out from my order to give it to another order and they were just going to have me wait another 30min without telling me what had happened.. cancelled order and requested a refund..
Update: they tried to make it right by redoing the order for another day since my refund never came in .. I get there and the order was not made. Had to wait over 45min to finally get my order .. I get home and some items are missing … Management is amazing… the employees on the other hand need to be more organized and on top of the orders … sadly will not be ordering from this location again
Order your food a week in advance, maybe then they’ll have it ready on time. Absolutely ridiculous wait time. I ordered at 9:09pm and walked out of that place at 10:11pm with no food. Saw several people complain so I figured there was no point in me complaining also so I just left. A simple 8pc combo. “It’s almost ready” was the response everyone got. Manager looked like a 19 year old kid who prob has no idea what managing is. What’s more surprising to me is how people still go! They don’t deserve your business. Not even deserving of one star but I had to put one to post this review.
Placed order at 9:34 pm we left at 11:10 and food wasn’t ready, never gave an accurate time of when it was going to be ready. I understand during busy times it will take longer than usual but over an hour and a half is ridiculous! Manager never came out and the girl at the register was just saying she didn’t know.
Not sure what's been going on recently whether it's a new manager or new hires but the last THREE times in a row i've gone have been terrible experiences. 40 minutes wait times with an online order, dip cup only half filled, HAIR in my fries, just terrible all around. Will be switching to another location, this one completely dropped the ball
Order online, and the order was missing items. Visited place since there was no answer over the phone and still got the order wrong while i waited about 20 minutes. The last time ordering here or even recommending this place.
