The man working the counter and the kitchen on 10/30/24 at around 4:00-4:10pm had amazing customer service. It was clear he was busy and overworked and I wasn’t sure if there was another employee in the back. He still greeted me as I walked in even though he was working on an order in the kitchen. I picked up a mobile order that was ready right on time with hot and fresh food. The food was great, everything in my order was there, and we even had leftovers to finish later. Great customer service by this employee and amazing work ethic!! definitely worth checking out if he is working that day, i wish i got his name because his service was impeccable.
I would not recommend eating here at this place. It’s disgusting wings are dry old not wet, bad service and it’s really dirty inside I called to speak with the manager, and they would not give me back my money bad service go somewhere else
Super annoying that an order was accepted, being made then magically canceled due to the store being closed on door dash. You are clearly open and why accept an order to cancel and be closed. Waste of time and waste of a double dash.. thanks a lot. Do better with your customer service please and don't accept orders if you feel the need to be closed on an app.
Terrible service and inept workers ( late shift). Had the misfortune of dealing with Jose Martinez on an uneventful Tuesday. I placed an order to which He shortened, ( by about $15 worth of appetizers) yet o was still charged me for the missing items. I trusted management to right the wrong and realized once I arrived home , then called the store again. Jose tried to gaslight as if to imply I were lying, despite me pointing out the cameras, plus the other employees being made aware that he shortened my order. Ultimately they required that I return the order back to the store to which I happily obliged. Rude and condescending,
, refused to honor the obligatory "customer receives benefit of doubt". I'd avoid this place at all costs. If they engage in these shenanigans , there is no telling their behavior behind the scenes. Jose clearly has a foggy memory and doesn't respect his customers. He shouldn't be working in customer service. 2 hours of my time driving back / forth to the location. It's the principal.
Have had a few great trips here but when I get wings with no sauce that's not cool especially when the food isn't cheap. Would love to rate better but being cheap with sauce isn't cool when I pay almost 15 dollars for the smallest meal possible.
Great little pit stop! Had a garlic parmesan and a spicy Hawaiian style and both where incredible! They also had some football and basketball playoffs on their five televisions! Was thankful to eat a meal there!
Ordered 15 wings on wing day, couldn't even eat 10 of them because of the ridiculous amount of grease. Dry rub wings were DRIPPING in grease almost like someone scooped some grease and added it to the to go plate. Idk what happened here but this is just nasty
I waited a half hour for 8 wings and fries. How do I know? I had a timer running to change my laundry. Unreal. The lady at the counter had the nerve to get mad at ME.
