We love wingstop but the experience here was just down right Terrible. Alex at the front counter was pushing customers away by telling them it's a 45 minute wait (including us) and we decided to stay. It took 10 to 15 minutes and food was out. We ordered Cajun wings and there was 4 out of the 10 wings with barely any sauce on them. I brought it up to alex and showed him the wings without sauce and he said that's how they come lol. No sauce? Really. He said I could buy some more sauce which I refused as the wings we paid for should of been rolled in sauce. Alex is not the person they should have working the front counter as he has Terrible customer service. He likes to talk under his breath so everyone can't understand anything coming out of his mouth. It was kind of comical watching the other customers trying to understand him by turning their ear and head towards him to hear what he was saying. Try to avoid this place at all cost especially if Alex is working the front counter
This was the final straw that led me to stop ordering from this place. My order through Uber Eats was a disaster. The person who prepared my order completely disregarded my instructions. I specifically requested my meal to be well done and with extra seasoning, but it arrived undercooked and bland. To make things worse, they included a ranch dressing that was visibly MOLDLY. The customer service from my very first visit was abysmal. The staff seemed unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes and just stared at me with blank expressions. It's clear that food safety and following instructions are not a priority at this location. I strongly advise avoiding this place to protect your health and avoid a potential stomach illness. I'm utterly appalled and if it were possible, I would give this location a zero-star rating.
Update: I went in a second time, order was ready when I arrived, perfect again. I tried new flavors, for the spiciest ones, wow they are very spicy!! Wide made an order hers was perfect too. This location is on point and fast.
This is a new location in my area. I tested the order online for takeout. It was very busy with people inside waiting and many walking in when I arrived. However my food was ready when I got there which was about 25 minutes after order. So they were right on time. My wife also made a separate order online for the test and hers was being made as we arrived. We could watch them make the food because the kitchen area is a see through window. Everything looked clean and workers were busy working together. The food was hot and fresh. The vegetable sticks were also fresh and cold as were the dipping sauces. The chicken was perfectly prepared, nice sized bites, great flavors, fries were good and they give your a ton of them with the combo we ordered. Veggie sticks crunchy and a good amount too. We loved it and will be back soon, a great experience and good price.
12 pcs chicken took more than 25 mins and no one cares about it worst place ever ! The cashier is the worst by far.
fries tasted sort of unseasoned but the food was good. a little less sauce than preferable but still good, super nice people and great service!
I know not to expect much from these fast food type rest but omg this place was the worse! i should have known to run when it started with the girl at the register that hates her job was half asleep. We waited for 2 combos for 43 minutes! The family that was sitting down before us were also questioning what was going on. they had 3 people in the kitchen that were like walking zombies w no direction. when i finally got my food, the boneless wings were cold af. Everything tasted like old grease. and the soda fountain plastic where the liquid comes out of was moldy. Never again will i eat at any wing stop location just based on this location. what a dump. the worse part was definitely the service.
A bit nervous ordering based on the not so stellar reviews, but I took a chance and we were happy with our order. Wings were great! Packaged very nicely and everything we ordered came out right. Needless to say, I will be ordering at this location again!????
I've been eating Wing before hooters, wingstop started good with the lemon pepper. Now it sucks, raw chicken, guy blowing nose while cooking. Never again will they see me or my family.
