Food is good. Service is absolutely terrible, not really sure why you place orders in advance if they’re only going to push them back over 40 minutes due to a “rush” when 90% of their business is carry out. Bad enough you pay almost 40 dollars for 2 people to eat here.
Waited 30 minutes for 10 boneless wings and fries, only to receive the wrong sauce. When I pointed out the mistake, instead of fixing it, they challenged me on my order. I didn’t ask for anything extra—just exactly what I ordered—but apparently, that was too much to ask. Service was frustrating, and it’s incredible how bad it’s gotten these days. It’s been a while since I’ve been here, and after this experience, it’ll be even longer before I return.
The food was good…. BUT
I had to wait an hour after placing an online order before arriving to pick up my food. They pre-cooked up a bunch of fries before they got to my wings, so they were stone cold by the time I got them, which is sad because they are delicious. My wings had a good amount of sauce, except my Louisiana rib wings seemed to be skimping on the sauce. However, they were tasty and well-cooked. Other than the sus employees giving me shifty eyes the whole time and the ungodly wait time, it was good and well worth the money.
This place is always busy. With that being said, PLAN AHEAD. Order early because sometimes there is up to an hour wait. They have a ton of to go orders, door dash, and dine in. Please be patient. The food is always consistent. Sam is super nice and handles the demanding guests well. We eat here at least once a month. Cajun and mango habanero are our favorite flavors!
Man, I love Wingstop’s food. However, we arrived and were told “it will be 30 minutes” - 30 is fine. 50 minutes later I asked how much more of a wait - “10-12 minutes”. 15 minutes later and I got a refund and left. That’s pretty silly man.
How you fix a mistake says a lot about a place. My wife and I decided we wanted some wings so knowing Wingstop can be busy I ordered ahead on the app. 28-33 minute wait? Cool. We walked in at 22 minutes and gave them my name. After 45 minutes I went and asked about my order and was told I'd be the 3rd order out. Then I hear my name and walk up and watch the guy hand someone else a bag. That customer tried to get his attention but when everyone ignored him he shrugged his shoulders and said oh well and walked out. Yeah, it was my order. No big deal, mistakes happen. But there was no apologies. Just "give me a minute". That minute turned into several while other people were getting orders and walking out. At this point I was done and said I wanted a refund and magically my order was "next". At this point it's been an hour since ordering and my toddler was done waiting. Spoke to the manager about a refund and still no apology. Mistakes happen, but not acknowledging you've ruined someone's dinner is poor customer service.
Food is called ordered on the app said it would be 25 to 30 minutes went inside after they said it would be done. Still waited another 40 minutes to get our food and then it’s cold. Worst place I have ever went to. This is insane.
I’ve been waiting 25 minutes for my order. It’s because of all of the Door Dash orders that were in front of mine that they didn’t tell me about. This is truly ridiculous. Don’t order here unless you want to wait for a very long time. Have no idea on the quality of food because I’m still waiting.
