I recently visited Wingstop, and I was very impressed with both the food and service! The wings were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and came with a great variety of sauces to choose from. The fries were seasoned just right, and the portions were generous.
The customer service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was prepared exactly as I requested. My food was served hot and fresh, and the wait time was reasonable even during a busy hour.
Overall, a great experience! I’ll definitely be coming back for more wings and amazing service. Highly recommend Wingstop to all wing lovers!
This place can Never get an order right which is ridiculous. Please get new management that knows what they are doing . I was given the wrong drink with my door dash order and shorted an order of fries. They fries I did get tasted like they dumped the whole container of salt on them and were not edible. Please get your act together!!!!!
Had a accidental pick up order instead of delivery instantly tried to call and couldn't get through, still can't. I reordered for delivery and the food was delicious. My issue is I went in the next day and gave all my information to get a refund and still haven't heard a word for anyone and no refund insight of my bank account. So disappointing. I really tried too give a chance for them to work with me on the situation and nothing.
Food is good and staff are nice but the wait is a nightmare even when you order ahead!
I’ve had to wait multiple times for an HOUR for scheduled ahead orders that they’ve “never gotten” or were “busy”.
Last time they forgot half our order.
I feel bad but the service and wait time can’t justify even the most delicious food.
Never picked up the phone after spending about 15 on hold. Wings were supposed to be done in 15 from our online order, get there in 10 and place an additional order (two plain chicken sandwiches) they said an additional 10 for the original order. Went to meijers across the street, came back. The sandwiches were done, when asked where the online order was they acted like they had no idea what i was talking about. After 5 min of running around trying to figure it out, i was told the original order needed an additional 10 minutes. I explained to them this was supposed to be done 20 min and they said well we’re busy…. There were maybe 4 people (sitting) in the store the first time, and 3 the second time. They either need to update their times online or higher more people. First time I’ve ever been to a wing stop and I’ll never go to another wing stop ever again. Also the wings tasted like they deep fried their fish lunches in the oil.
Food is great, but I just ordered delivery that never arrived and couldn't be refunded. And by "just ordered," I mean I put an order in at 6pm and when it still hadn't arrived by 7:30 I tried calling five times to ask to have the order canceled. I eventually drove there to ask in-person, at which point they handed me a bag of food that had clearly been sitting there for well over an hour and insisted the order could not be canceled or refunded. I've had previous issues with ordering online (for pickup, not delivery), which should've been a warning to me. Will not order from here again.
I would give zero stars if it was an option. Ordered over an hour before I needed it and still waited for 30 mins past my pickup time. The only interaction possible was with the cashier who was non responsive and rude. As if me patiently waiting to pick up my food and politely asking after 20 mins when they might expect it to be ready was the most inconvenient part of her day. And the fun part was that my food was cold when I finally got it. 0/10 never recommend.
Avoid this place if you’re a delivery driver. Orders are consistently delayed. Despite the place being empty at 5:35 pm, I still had to wait a long time for my order.
