They never want to give you any blue cheese and the my barely put sauce on anything. This place is the worst. No one wants to do their jobs in there at all. Make sure to check your order and hope it’s even hot when you get it. Thank god for air fryers.
I called to place an order and the person from the store hung up on me. I ordered online and went to go pickup and was asked to come over to the side pickup window by one of the staff. I came over to the window and was ignored for about 2 minutes while the employees were chatting with each other. One of the employees finally decided to come to the pickup window after a lady walked in who they decided to serve before me. The wings were good but I will not come back here because of the bad service.

The girl who works in the with the head scarf is beyond rude. She didn't even bother to stop eating when I walked in. I actually thought she was a customer. She walks up and states 'yes' not can i take your order, etc. After I get my order and leave, I get about a quarter mile down the road and realized the wings Were freezing cold. I mean cold and fried so hard they were unedible. The fires were hot, but the wings were not. I didn't even bothering going back or calling because i don't want to deal with Ms. Attitude. Will never, ever be back. A total waste of money
First, they could not take my order, because the cashier was on break. I was told that since the cashier assigned to the cash register was on break nobody can take my order. Unbelievable 5 employees present and no one can take my order, very disrespectful and did not wait around for a cashier. Never been to a eatery and could not place an order, terrible customer service.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The service was horrible. There isn’t an ounce of professionalism in this place. The employees are no where to be found. There’s all of 1 1/2 people actually working while there is at least 6 there. Employees are arguing with each other and ignoring the customers. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.
Disgusting food, took forever to get and it was still horrible. When asked to remake our food they told us “it’s supposed to be like that” I’ve gone to multiple wingstops and they’ve never made my food that horrible. Night crew needs improvement.
This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. Customer service sucked, and the it was very slow. We waited a hour, after it was only supposed to take 16-21 minutes. I got 4 different orders of wings and they gave me 1 ranch. They told my husband it’s be .70 extra for a one and then I went and they told me 1.50. They said they just couldn’t give us another ranch because it was impossible. However, 3 minutes prior they randomly gave another random man 2 ranches for free. I wish the manager was there because I would’ve complained. I’m going to be posting about this because this is a DISGRACE. Good luck, if you are to ever order from these stingy people.
