The staff is not customer service friendly. If you use Doordash they may lose your order then tell you that you are at the wrong location even though it is the only wingstop on El Camino in Santa Clara. If you can go to another location do so or you will most likely have a poor experience.
Worst fried chicken I’ve ever tried. Maybe its not good with my appetite. But worst of worst
After waiting ten minutes passed my scheduled pick up time I proceeded to purchase two extra dipping sauces and paid with a $20 bill. After I counted my change I was $5 short. I informed the young lady helping me and she proceeded to call me a liar and a thief. Then after she magically found the extra $5 tucked in a peculiar area of the cash register where it couldn't have gotten to naturally she gave me my change and the started talking bad about me and calling me unflattering names in Spanish.after informing her that I spoke Spanish the person she was talking to apologized for her attitude. Not good enough.

I only gave 4 stars because it's a popular place and I've never seen more than one person on a register - between walk-ins, people calling to order, delivery drivers picking up orders and helping orders in back to be completed, well, you need another person or two trained on the register at any given time -
My favorite wing stop place from San Jose / Santa Clara area…food is always great…love their mango habanero flavor is always on point!!
Overall, wings are good and staff is friendly. Depending on how early you plan to go, call ahead. I placed an order for pick up at 11:30 am, only to show up and be told the store opens at 12:00 noon. Website and storefront both say they're open at 11:00 am. I couldn't pick up my order in the end and am still awaiting my refund.
The staff is always patient and kind. The food is always delicious. I probably eat here once a week. I always get it to go, but the place is always clean, and I enjoy the soda machine. It allows you to add flavors to your drink like cherry or vanilla.
I ordered Wingstop for delivery. Wings were delicious as well as side veggies with ranch. I had also ordered brownies and drinks which did not arrive. However, the manager was right in top of it and handled the situation to my satisfaction. I am happy to say that he took care of business. Thank you Juan!!! I appreciate the great customer service you provided.
