I knew this was the Bad Wingstop but was close by and tried and gave it ONE more shot. But again, fail. $20 for 8 wing combo (+ large ranch) and they gave the puniest, over cooked, barely any meat boneless wings.
The fries weren’t fully cooked so most were hard and slightly raw in the middle.
This is way too expensive for them to be doing such a horrible job.
The only good Wingstop is the one on 120th and 127th. Go there.
Extra seasoning doesn’t mean dump the bottle on the fries. Disgusting!! Who does that?!
If you’re willing to wait for 1 hour for 6piece wings
Then go ahead and order from there!
Their customer service is rude!
And if you will take 1 whole hour to prepare a small order then hire more people!
It’s called fast food for a reason
There is no complain for the wings which are my favorite. I always order online and pick up in 15-20min. I came to pick up my order after 20min, I asked at check desk 2 times to help to find my order and they said not ready yet. In total I waited 40min for my pickup because the front desk never checked if my order ready. I left with disappointment, you definitely need to pay good salary and keep professional employees who can speak or at least understand English.
I had placed an online order and when I opened the bag prior to leaving the store, my order was missing some items. I spoke to the cashier & the manager and they fixed it very quickly and were really nice! The food was re made fresh and tasted great! I don’t know if the staff is all new but I just want to shout out the team that assisted me 05/21/2024 at night time as they really do care about the experience of the customer!
Y’all they clearly cannot read at this location. Gave me no fries with my combo meal but gave me a pound of celery. Please don’t PMO. You guys don’t ask if they can read in the hiring process? Something gotta change baby.
We have ordered from this location quite a few times, every time something is missing, the manager at this location should train better his associates, this time we were missing 20 wings out of 75, what are we supposed to do do? Open all the bags and double check? it is very disappointing to get home and not have a complete order. I don’t think it’s that hard to get the job done correctly. MANAGER DO BETTER.
How do they NOT have drinks available AT ALL but haven’t adjusted the combo prices accordingly? They literally have NO DRINKS but are still asking the same price for a wing combo. Thats a SCAM. This location keep an issue. It’s always something with them.
