I ordered uber eats my wings were incorrect. 2/3 were fried well done. All the wings tasted like they were baked. Asked for extra seasoning on the fries. All the friea had zero seasonings. If I wanted baked wings without seasoning, I would have went to the hospital. This was horrible. I will not be ordering from this location again. Second time in two months that my wings and fries didn't match.
Extra seasoning..look at these pathetic ass fries. And I waited over an hour!
I ordered Uber eats 10 piece classic wings and they sent boneless. I ordered 15 fried corns and they send those nasty fries instead. When I called the store, the manager kept talking over me. He was rude and nasty as well. I will not be ordering here again! How can you change my order and substitute without my approval?
Placed an order at 11:21am and didn’t receive it until 12:30pm. Wings were too salty and cold. Fries were too salty, cold, and over cooked. No one thought to include a straw in the bag for my drink. Wasted $20 on lunch just to throw it in the trash. ???? Driver was friendly at least.
This is quite literally the WORST wingstop there ever was. First off, they gave me the WRONG order. I look through the bag, open up the boxes & realize this isn’t mine. Hand it back to the cashier. She then takes the sticker off, puts a new one in to seal the bag & places it back up on the shelf to got out to another customer????? After waiting another 10 minutes my order still isn’t ready & none of the “workers” seem to know where it is. They just determined that it’s been handed out but don’t know who did it. I ask for the manager. She comes up front & says “what” very rudely. She then goes on a tangent about how she made that order & one of the employees will be paying for it since it got handed out. I ask “am I going to get my food or not” she says she’s remaking it now…. It’s almost been another 10 minutes. On top of all of this, they have the door locked from the inside so customers can’t come in unless someone opens it for them???????
Please save yourself the trouble & DONT come here. It’s ghetto, disorganized & I have an issue EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this location.

Disappointing Service and Long Wait Time
I recently visited this location and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite standing at the counter no one even acknowledged me. I had to wait far longer than expected, with no communication or updates from the staff. When I approached the staff behind the counter to inquire about placing an order I was told it was going to be at least a hour wait time. The employees were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to the long wait time.
Customer service is a critical part of any dining experience, and unfortunately, this location fell short. I expected better efficiency and courtesy, especially considering the popularity of Wingstop. I hope improvements are made in terms of both service speed and staff professionalism, as this visit was far below the standard I’ve come to expect.
Waited a hour for the food cuz I already payed. Hoping it would be good especially since there's nothing else open. They are just soooooo slow in everything they do. Nothing is urgent to them. Never going back
Ordered a 10pc Lemon Pepper wings with Fries for pickup on Sunday night, It was a busy night, because the wait was about 20min. Wings were delicious as usual, but the environment was subpar kinda average, but the young short guy with the face cover who checked me out had a good personality which matter most.
Customer service was great! The lady I spoke to was so nice and kept me updated on when my food would be ready. Food was delicious! Keep up the good work!
