The cashier refused to give me 15 wings, not including the combo, which I repeatedly asked for 5 times!! And charged me for the 15 wings combo, instead, which did not come with any fries or veggie sticks after taking 20 minutes to prepare.
The workers are deceitful, have mean attitudes. the night shift does not clean the bathrooms ???? nor do they use gloves when preparing the food, I hope they wash their hands. This has just been my experience, and was not at all impressed. Terrible customer service, and does not cater to the customers needs.
This is an unreliable restaurant, with a 2.5 out of 10 satisfaction level overall
I got delivery through DoorDash from the store. Never have I ever received my order and it was lacking dry rub seasoning and sauce on my wings. 2nd time ordering thought the first time was just a mistake but twice in a row. I’m not coming back to this location the Aspen hill location is so much better. I had to season up my chicken and whip up some extra sauce.
Had a good time chilling with friends here! The boneless chicken was mediocre at best and while the food was enjoyable, I do not think I got the best value with the price I paid. Would recommend coming on Mondays and Tuesday’s for 60 cent wings!
Wingstop is great but the boneless chicken felt smaller than usually and the bathroom was a mess! I was happy to be able to switch my soft drink with a bottle cream soda which was nice! Overall it was chill but probably go somewhere else for the same price unless they have deals or specials!
Took 25 minutes to get 10 wings for $15. Got the “classic” hot wings. Not big; not small. Cooked okay. But of a soapy taste up front. Good heat. Weird metallic aftertaste. Only ate about half of them.
First website is TRASH! Had to go in to place order even though they appeared to be charged on card. Inside customer service was abysmal! Felt like I was bothering them trying to get assistance about online order and then placing failed online order. Finally get wings and even though I requested well done, grossly undercooked. Tip? Yeah, don’t eat here. Save your money. Cook at home!
Terrible terrible terrible...... made a massive order for a party of 40 the night before to collect next afternoon, they denied getting the order, card was charged over 500, then said we can have the order ready in 45m....but they refused to deliver it for us, and I'd have to pay a second time and wait for reimbursement...... then when they realize it would be a cheaper payment, miraculously found my original order.... find a other place save yourself the frustration
Food was good but not giving me a water cup? Ts is wild and the workers are mad rude.
