Cashiers are often rude or the only ones in the establishment who don’t really care to understand what you’re asking for. They also close the indoor ordering an hour before closing which forces you to use the app and use a credit card or virtual pay. Overall I don’t really ever have an inviting experience here but they happen to be the closest to my home and most convenient for me on a late night.
Usually go here when I’m in the mood for wings. It’s definitely hit or miss if you get a good batch or not. The fries are always soggy and it’s kind of that way at all the wingstop locations I have been to, even when I ask for well done. No crisp what so ever on the fries but it is what it is.
Never been here, my nephew wanted to go so we rolled over. Great wings, love option for boneless or bone in, tenders, wings or sandwich and pick your flavor and sauce for any of them. Basic tables but clean, service at counter was patient and friendly.
Avoid if you expect to get what you ordered and paid to receive. Drive the extra distance to Buffalo Wild Wings.
Ordered 75 wing deal online. Instead of 3 fries offered with the deal, I ordered only 2 and an extra large veggie side instead (for a total of 4 veggie sides). Received ZERO veggies. Frustrating rip off!!! Wings were only okay and the fries were not good (soggy).
I absolutely loved wingstop but what I’m about to share with you is disgusting, this is the type of behavior you would expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. I went to bite into a big voluptuous chicken wing flat, it was good it was tasty it was delicious until I got a mouth full of feathers. I was like what the hell the feathers were big too I wish I had a photo of it but I was so disgusted I threw it out the window. I will absolutely not be coming back like what self respecting fry cook looks at a wing full of feathers and goes well I’m not gonna eat it and throws it in the fryer. 10/10 garbage.
While the wings and flavors are great - unless you have the ability to pick up your order in person I do not recommend them.
I placed an order for their all in one bundle, 2 brownies, and 20 plain wings. They beat the estimated delivery time by 10 minutes but forgot the 20 plain wings (the most expensive part of the order). I called the store and the person who answered confirmed they forgot to put the wings with my order; and then asked me to come pick them up. When I said I couldn’t - he asked me to call my door dash driver to come back. When I refused, as it wasn’t the drivers fault or problem, he told me to order something small and he would ensure my wings would be added to the order. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I ordered some fries and 5 wings to make the minimum order amount. Guess what…. When the driver delivered the food - they forgot my fries! This time when I called back - nobody answered the phone.
I'm into boneless wings. So I appreciate that their boneless wings and a little cheaper than bone in. Also, they are very meaty with a good crunchy breaded layer. Not too bready.

Only down side is service is slow. I usually call ahead but I forgot to call ahead this time. :/ Super long wait but food is consistently delicious.

Food - wings, dry and the quality of the chicken seems to have decreased.
Corn, dry, dripping oil. We asked for light seasoning and it was heavily seasoned, over salted.
