Make sure to always check your bag before you accept it. Multiple times we never received all the foods and beverages and dressing that we paid for it and when you call the store and speak with the manager they offer full refund for the missing items and we never received any refunds!
The place needs a clean up every now and then. Paper towels and stuff on the floor. Sticky tables and chair.
Went in to get an online order after receiving an email confirmation that it is ready 16 to 21 minutes. Arrived after 25mins but Store manager said 5 more minutes after checking at the kitchen and they will be ready. After 7 minutes talked to another staff about my order and she said 8 more minutes when she asked those who are preparing my order. So what's with these waiting issues?
Spicy korean is super salty you have to wipe the sauce with a brown paper towel and soak it with ranch sauce so as not to waste it.

Customer Service at this location is AWEFULL. It's very busy and the staff walk around confused and don't know what to due. Sat and waited for a Dash for 25 minutes. Everytime and employee would ask that same question over and over AGAIN!!!
Will Never come back or Spend my money here again ..Basically if you don't have a K1 Visa They won't Serve You. They ONLY CATER to UBER EATS, DOOR DASH, GRUBHUB Etc. I waiting 25MIN for 1 Chicken Sandwich for $6.99. When I Came in there Only 1 Person in line waiting for their order , I placed my order Sat down & Literally watched them take 7X $50 order OVER Making my Sandwich. I Got Very Upset & Told them they need to get my Food or Give me my Money back , The young man goes in the back talks to the lady in the back then comes out with my order SMH ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I gave the sandwich to my Dog. Do Not Spend Your Money Here. ONLY???????????????????????????????????????? ONLY USA
In town from So Oregon to catch a Giants game. Had dinner at Wing Stop. We don't have one in So Oregon so I was excited to give it a try. We do have a Bdubz so I'm comparing the two.
I ordered the "crew" option which was 30 wings, choice of 3 flavors. We tried mango habinero, classic Buffalo & bbq.
Mango habinero compared to Bdubz was not nearly as hot but still had good flavor.
The classic was by far my favorite with a great Buffalo flavor.
The bbq is what you would expect, nothing fancy but a decent bbq flavor.
The crispness I would say was excellent. Meaty wings with a great crispy bite!
I would come back but my honest opinion is that they aren't quite on the same level as Buffalo Wild Wings.
You better not ask for a cup of water from this establishment while you wait for your food!! I placed a large order and they refused to give me a small cup for water while I waited. Poor customer service!
My husbands blood sugar was dropping dangerously quick while waiting for our food, he’s a type 1 diabetic and he asked for a cup while he waited so he wouldn’t go into diabetic shock and showed the cashier how fast his #s were dropping he just needed a small cup or water cup and they refused to give him a cup and to wait in line to pay. Luckily my 13yr old daughter was there to help him.
In all our years we’ve never encountered a place that denied him a something of sugar in an emergency drop.
this wingstop is very inconsistent with service and food quality, would recommend trying a different location if possible. a few times ive gotten a wing full of feathers and was not offered any refund, gross
