Best WLM Reviews
I ordered the spicy lemon pepper wings. Picked up the order and went home just to find out they gave me buffalo wings. After going back and telling them they sprinkled some lemon pepper. Is this how spicy lemon pepper wings are supposed to look like? Absolutely unacceptable.
New location, better service . Hadn't visited this Wing Stop location in months due to the level of service that was provided. This particular restaurant moved across the street into a bigger location, which is much nicer and more open. We were greeted immediately by Nicole, who was very friendly, as well as the other staff that were working . Will definitely revisit this location again because of Nicole and just an overall better experience.
Ordered delivery, paid and waited for my food to arrive but when it took over an hour for my food, I tried to reach out to the store, after making it through the automated system and call center, I get the full voicemail box. So I basically can’t reach anyone about my order and I have to go to pick it up. Just for them to try and tell me they can’t find the order. But the minute I want a refund or to adjust the delivery charge off my order, now you find the order. And on top of that didn’t even make the right one Just gave me someone else’s food! The level of ignorance and lack of accountability is beyond appalling and unacceptable. The manager that was working last night, should not be in that position
Damn. Ordered Louisiana Rub bone in, all the wings were basically flavorless because all the seasoning had run off in the giant greasepool in the bottom of the box. This happens everytime we order from a Carrollton area location. However, I know the wings are supposed to be better than they are, because all of the Lewisville/Flower Mound location's wings are amazing and do not have this greasepool/no seasoning problem. Very disappointing and a waste of money.
Just got out the ER from vomiting, having diarrhea, fever, body aches, & headache. This wingstop served me some undercooked boneless chicken. I have a stomach bug that takes 5 days to go away. It’s kids in the kitchen. Wouldn’t recommend
So, when people order food, we deserve the best as customers, no less, the vegetables look like they’ve been sitting out for so long there’s no way we’re eating that garbage, hopefully this location improves over time
I ordered large fries with my delivery order and they gave me small fries with half the basket full and conveniently they aren’t answering the phone I’m guessing their reading and comprehension skills aren’t the best.
04/17/2024 once again they don’t bother checking the order. I ordered a 6 piece and they only gave me 5, the DoorDash driver took 30 minutes to find my apartment and didn’t even knock or let me know my order was just sitting outside. This restaurant needs training for sure.
The food was fresh. My order was timely also. I don't know why the reviews are bad. I never have an issue. I come here a couple times a week. I would recommend.
