“I’m a daily customer at this Wingstop, and I have to say the nighttime closing crew is always on point. The place is always neat, clean, and well-sanitized, which is so important these days. The girls at the front desk are super sweet and provide excellent customer service. Even on weekends when it’s busy in the night, they manage to take my order quickly and get everything done in no time. I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate their hard work and dedication. Keep up the great work!”
I work Not far from the highland location at an Ambulance dispatch center. I came into work and made an online order for pickup. They forgot the ranch dip with the order so I went back to grab it. Mistakes happen so I wasn’t too put off by that. But when I walked in the Atmosphere was horrible. They completely just ignored me. There was no line, no customers in the store, and the Lady Manager looked at me multiple times but still took her sweet time to come over and ask me if I was. Picking up. I explained I returned to get the ranch dip missed in my order. She went to grab it, and handed them over I said thank you. She couldn’t be bothered to say anything back, just look at me like I am bothering her. She was very cold and maybe it’s been a long day, but lord, I’m a customer when you make a mistake you apologize and act like you at least care about service. I just got a whole negative vibe from walking in there. I think I’ll avoid any in person contact with this location from now on.
THEY CAN NEVER GET MY FOOD RIGHT. The food never has seasoning, fries are undercooked every time, and they never give me all EIGHT of the wings I paid for. I was really trying to give them a chance since it’s a better area compared to Lansing and South Holland, but at least they always make my food RIGHT and GOOD! I refuse to keep spending my money at this location.
A group of people repeatedly asked me for money and even our food once it came out. Made me extremely uncomfortable. I know it’s not the staffs fault, but I will not be dining there again.
The lady that took our order started yelling at us for no reason. I told her I want to have a done in order, she started yelling loud for me to make an order. She told us the wait won’t be long. It took them 45 minutes to make an order. They mixed up our sauces and we had to ask for extra because they only gave us one. Wouldn’t recommend this wingstop.
I hate I had to give 1 star because the chicken was disgusting ! I ordered hot honey rub and it tasted like butter and some type of foreign seasoning. I brought it back and was only offered some more seasoning to put on top of the disgusting chicken. The fries were disappointing as well, and I’m glad I’m only here temporarily bc the wing stops where I’m from are great! I’ll never come here again. I do not recommend! Listen to the previous review where they said the chicken was nasty ! I should’ve listened! I left the food there for them to throw away because it was so bad I didn’t even want a replacement.
I wish I could give less than 1 star. I ordered my food 40 minutes before the place closed. I pulled up 8 minutes later to sit in the lot and wait for my food. The doors were locked and the employees were inside closing the store. Finally someone came over and asked for my order name. They handed me the bag. Mind you, I had just placed my order less than 10 minutes before arriving. So of course, EVERYTHING in my order was extremely cold. Worst $18 I’ve ever spent. A waste of time and money.
The hot honey rub is back that’s a plus! And if you go to wingstop when they first open you don’t have to worry about the young adults messing up your order and getting mad because you want it corrected.
