Ordered from this location tonight via Ubereats. Fries and lemon pepper boneless wings were extremely salty. Not sure if the fryers here function properly. All of the tenders and boneless wings were drenched in grease, even the dry rub flavors we ordered. They also left out a dressing from my order. As expensive as this food is the accuracy should be 100 percent every time.
I love Wingstop but this store doesn’t care at all about customers or how they make orders. They’re always rude when I go in there. There was a guy with a wife beater on behind the counter eating. They’re so rude and they can’t get orders right at all.
I ordered cheese fries and they gave me fries with parmesan cheese on it. The wings are always old and stale. This is the third time they done this and I spent 30 on a meal. I know this isn’t going to change anything because they don’t care but I know what I change: not coming there ever again.
Extremely poor customer service. I placed an order for delivery totaling to $50 for myself and my 2 brothers. When it arrived, I noticed that the large fry that comes with their wing bundle was missing and the sweet tea I requested was a lemonade. I called into the store to see what my options were and was told that I could bring all of the food up there for a refund or bring all of the food up there and be given a large fry. As far as the sweet tea, they ran out so they chose lemonade as my replacement. To me, having to pack up all of the food and drive to the store defeats the purpose of me ordering and waiting on my food to be delivered, so I asked whether there was an email I could contact for another solution and was told I could speak to a manager since ‘that has nothing to do with her’. Once I was placed on ‘hold’ to wait for the manager, the call magically disconnected. So, I called back again. The next girl that picked up asked like she couldn’t hear me and struggled to hear me spell out my first and last name (3 letters in my first name) and during which I was again placed on ‘hold’ without warning.
The whole thing was extremely unprofessional and honestly irritating. There are much nicer places that I could spend $50 than at wingstop and I will never return to this location.
I ordered a pick up order yesterday and my daughter found a roach in her ranch. The chances of me ever visiting this location again are slim to none. The service and atmosphere was decent for what it was.
I paid a good amount for a large voodoo fry. My fries had wayyy too much seasoning literally dumped on it. It was completely inedible. I used to eat here a lot but I promise I won’t be back.
I like wing stop only thing I don't like is the music they play because I never been in a restaurant where they play curse words but hey to each it's own. I'm not the owner lol. This is a update yesterday my children and I ordered 30boneless wings and 20 bone in she said I couldn’t mix and match so I placed 2 separate orders I get all the way home and notice she gave me 30 bone in. I kept calling they never answered the phone It was too late to go back and with hungry children and I. Was highly irritated that she messed up my order and gave us some burnt fries. I call manager today she said all we can do is give u more fries because you got what I paid for. And bone in cost more likeWTH . I spent $80 and. You mean to tell me they can’t even offer a discount on a next meal when she rang me up and gave me the wrong stuff. If I wanted 50 bone in I’d just ordered that meal. Highly disappointed.
Crunchy boneless wings. Good flavor. Variety amount of flavors. Came on a Friday 10pm night. Order ahead of time about 30 mins because there were a lot of customers.
Joseph and Crystal helped us. I don't know the name of the other man in the back, but he was also great. Working as fast as possible to get us our food. Crystal is a stand out. She should be running a store if she isn't already! Highly recommend.
