We order from this Wingstop often and it just seems to get worst. Fries were cold and the chicken was sitting in grease and had absolutely no flavor. My daughter and I couldn’t even eat the wings because they were soaked in grease. Very disappointing.
I’ve been going to this Wingstop since it opened. I’m salty that a year later it gets busy. I hate waiting in line.
That being said I stand in line and it takes about 2 minutes to get my order till I can GTFO.
Don’t teach your kids what that means.
These guys are bad ass, I always get my mango habañero wings crispy and flavorful, and they’re quick and efficient.

Quick stop for the evening after a school event and was not impressed. My kids order sandwiches and they out pickles on the one that asked for no pickles. The gentleman taking the order had zero care about being there and never even asked if he could take our order, he just stared and waited. Awkward to say the least. The wings weee pretty sub par, the rub on the Louisiana rub was caked on so thick that we had to remove some of it to keep from getting a mouthful of just rub. The other flavors we ordered were not that flavorful either and we didn’t even finish what we had. Will be finding a different place from now on for sure.
Ordered carryout. The app doesn't give the option to add a sauce on the side when you order plain wings/tenders and the cashier ended up charging it separately so keep that in mind.
The main issue of this review are for the chicken sandwiches. They were SO greasy! Grease was oozing out of the bun. Couldn't stomach more than a bite. Look at the top bun compared to the bottom bun in the picture.
I ordered wings for pick up. Got home and my wings were dried out. Definitely not to my husband standards. Spoke with George about my food and without hesitation he replaced the whole order. He was so nice. I’m sure my wings were probably the bottom of the batch before they made new ones. Honest mistake and nobody to blame. I will definitely be coming back because of the excellent customer service! Thank you George once again- Jenevieve
Very little room for improvement when you see the team working together despite the unrealistic expectations one can have who works hard for a living. As such are two young people that were polite and attentive. One displayed a light pink longer hair and another great person who would announced the customer’s order with such confidence. Fries were HOT and wings were on Spot. On point temperature. Thank you wings stop at Potranco! I ordered a 24pck all flats* and all carrots (wells done*) and they delivered in a big way.
weve had perfect take-out experiences with this location a lot more often than not. always check your food before leaving, on the rare times something gets mixed up or forgotten, theyll fix asap so you can be on your way. on the even more rare times we didnt catch it, its never been to the point where it ruins our meal. we just call the location to raise the issue, they’re always polite and offer a remake.
it’s really not that deep. i dont know if the other people leaving negative reviews ever called or spoke with the staff about their issues but it really seems that many just took to leaving a 1-star on here. yes, it’s a fast food place but they have a sit down restaurant’s customer service.
also, it may not be the true policy but we’ll do the survey while we wait for our order and they’re nice enough to give us that free fry on the spot. its great because we used to always lose the code/receipt by the time we came back at other locations.
Ordered on national wing day and my wings were ready in 20 mins, sauced to perfection and still hot upon pick up and after driving home. The wings were so delicious, Spicy Korean Q & the Original Hot mixed is now my favorite sauce combo.
The only negative was waiting to actually pick up in store, people kept skipping the line as if others weren't waiting. Also why assign an order number if you don't use them?????
