This is disgusting . How do you serve wings in a pile of grease. Who is running this store? Thank God over refunded my money back. Never going here again. It’s hard to find good food in Colorado. Period.
Wing stop fries are usually not the best but I went early around the time they opened a the fries was already burnt and overcooked. This location is hit or miss usually but these fries was unacceptable they really should have thought twice before packing them in the bag to sell to someone. If it's not the fries then sometimes the wings are freezer burned.. or not even cooked to order(flats or well done) thats why I say this location is hit or miss. Went back 11/18 around 4:30pfor some lemon pepper wings. Its really ridiculous that they would even sell such wings terrible no seasoning or anything
The food and service was good. I called in my order. You are asked if you would like to add ranch, I said no. The reason is because they charge you 1.99 for small condiment cup. You can buy a whole bottle for that price. Didn’t check my order or receipt until I got home... Ranch was in the bag and I was charged for it.
I'm not sure how this location has 4.2 ratings. Came here tonight for the first time and waited 40 minutes during a dinner rush (which is understandable). AFTER the dinner rush was over, there were still several individuals that were walk ins that received their order before us and in much larger quantities.
Following up with our food, we were informed that the kitchen was waiting on the fries. Keep in mind that as they were saying this, another group of walk-ins received their food before us.
When we tried to request for a refund, the cashier at the front turned on his camera, pretending to call someone and informed us that the refund will take 3 to 5 business days and reiterated that they were still waiting on the fries.
Another 10 minutes, just before we received our food, the person handing us the food ripped off the receipt off of the bag. At first I paid no mind to it, but after going on their website to file a complaint, I noticed that the website was asking for a transaction number -- the one found on the receipt.
The order was wrong and the fries were undercooked for how long we were 'waiting on the fries'.
Service was good and friendly but they took forever to make my order and I looked in there and seen some of them on their phone and working incredibly slow. When I once worked at a wingstop it was all about speed and providing the best service food wise and customer wise towards the customer. These employees need to get it together.
Over cooked felt like i was chewing on charcoal took a bit of each flavor inedible swimming in sauce first and last time trying wingstop
Asked cashier if I could have my wings extra crispy and they were undercooked. Threw it all away.
DO NOT order the chicken sandwich!!! This had to be the grossest chicken I've had in my life! The chicken was rubbery and chewy that it's not even edible. I'm convinced that it's not even real chicken.... That bad! Never again
