Best WLM Reviews
TodayI order a to go of 10 Lemon Pepper flavored chicken wings. When I got home and opened the box, I was extremely disappointed. The wings were very small, and it felt like they were leftovers and given to customers. In the past, the wings were of normal size, also now the meat quality is very poor and extremely dry. I strongly advise everyone not to eat here.
I went to wingstop before they closed, so I’m aware it was pretty late. However, the cashier, Jose, had excellent service! Even though the kitchen was clean, he still took my order and handed me fresh food that I enjoyed. I appreciated the hustle in the last few minutes of them being open, and I will be back!
This is my second time coming here and trying the food. However the second time to not prove anything. I dont really write reviews but the chicken was so dry. The lady who took are order was nice but we did wait a little to long for are food. I dont really care about the wait, i just wanted my food. On the bright side tho the fries and ranch were good as usual.
This wingstop is exceptional. The sweet bbq blaze are my new favorite. The wings were perfectly cooked. I was pleased by the cleanliness and hospitality I received at this location. A young lady named Paula was so nice and polite when she checked on our table to make sure we were enjoying our experience there.
I placed an order online to pick up at this place on November 16, 2023 at 12:01 noon and I had a very bad experience, the wings had a lot of feathers, it was something disgusting. At that moment I returned to the restaurant to ask for my money back and the person who served asked me if I wanted a new order to which I responded no because I didn't want anything from that place. Because they showed me that they do not take any care with the food they are preparing because it is impossible that when cooking the wings they do not notice so many feathers and then when packing them they do not notice them either. I spoke with the manager who was not friendly at all and told me that I could not return the money because it was an online order and I had to wait for the money to be returned in 4 to 5 days and today is December 10, 2023 and I still have not received my refund. And besides that, the manager kept my receipt, how convenient is that for them.
Went out to eat with my family this afternoon. The food was excellent, good quality chicken. The cashier Paula was very friendly. I will be back!
ate there for lunch monday for lunch around 11, girl up front was very friendly and professional. got the lemon pepper wings they were excellent. store was clean cashier even came around and refilled my drink. i will definitely be returning soon.
So dissatisfied with my order. My wings were over fried, hard and dry! My fries were burnt. When I asked the young girl why are my fries burnt? She replied, they’re not burnt, it's the starch in the potatoes that makes them look burnt ????. Obviously this little girl doesn’t cook. They are burnt! Chicken was too hard to eat. $80 dollars spent! SMH!!!
