I called to ask nicely before they were open if they could reserve a order for me and before I could even get a full sentence out the lady or girl and I'm sure she was African American, annoyingly said we "We not even open yet!" And I asked nicely so I can't put an order on hold? Her response "No!" And I calmly said well can you be a little nicer next time and again before I could finish my sentence the phone was hung up in my face. Just awful customer service. Makes me wonder what they do to your food if you make them mad.
We call to order before going there like 15 minutes and they took 1 hour and 30 minutes to give us our food and while other people were just walking in to order inside they got their food before we did also they were very rude and they also forgot some of our wings and veggies the female manager was pretty professional how she handle the situation but the other manager was not too polite
40+ minutes for an online order ???? despite the long wait the food was hot fresh and delicious.????
They have a new worker in there and she told me her name but I forgot so I will describe her because I want her to get all the credit. She a tall, slender, light skin lady and she is always PROMPT WITH ORDERS, SHE HAS THE DOOR DASH ORDERS READY, SHE EVEN MAKES THE DOORDASH IRDER DRINKS, SOON AS SHE SEES YOU ENTER THE STORE SHE IS AT THE FRONT COUNTER TO SERVICE YOU. SHE HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. GOOD JOB ON HIRING HER????❤️❤️
$14+ for tiny pieces of chicken, definitely won’t be ordering boneless wings again!
Our hot honey bonnels, garlic Parmesan and fries were too salty, we couldn't stand to eat more than 2 pieces
I will never ever in my life go here again. They had the nerve to think that I was going to eat cold fries. Before I even said anything I asked the young lady at the front would you eat this she said no and said I will get you another order well that was just as bad if not worse. Then had the audacity to catch an attitude. I said forget it and left. Because I was on a time schedule and was not from the area. So my advice to anyone just don't order the fries because you will clearly not be able to eat them.
I’ve already ordered out like 2-3 times and they always be forgetting something in the order if it isn’t the ranch, it’s the veggie sticks, if not the fries. I tried to give it chances but it’s always the same thing. The wings are alright, fries are always without flavor and soggy!
