When I got there the guy in the front taking orders seemed stressed he said he was by himself. I understand the stress so I waited patiently. But once I got home with my order wings are undercooked and fries too brown. I couldn’t eat it. Won’t be ordering from here again. What a waste of money for food to go in the trash, big disappointment.
Wings where cold, fries were cold, service was horrible, if I could give no stars I would !

as I was waiting in line waiting to order my food they were just giving every one attitude, hoping I wouldn't get the attitude BUT when it was my turn,
sure enough, I got the attitude as well ????
Your going to loose customers by throwing your employees out there with out experience to be a cashier and learn how to handle themselves with customer service, and I spent a good amount so I expected my moneys Worth!
It was a young female front cashier! She didn't want to take my food back because it was cold but then she did end up taking it , so she had the back cook over fill my plate with more hot ones, over the cold ones ???? and handed me back my plate!!
BAD SERVICE!! ????. Go to another Wingstop if you don't want to waste your time and be ordering your food with a cashier that has a bad attitude on her for literally nothing

This location is horrible . Everytime we call they put us on hold and never come back. We ended up driving to the location while on hold and everyone was in the back talking and laughing yet we were still on hold. Would give 0 stars if I could.
I don't recommend this location at all! Food was tampered with, fries soggy and super cold, chicken dried out. They giving me a hard time for my refund because they don't want to. That's not good business at all. Don't go to this location if you want your food hot,fresh and good quality
This is my go to wingstop and they never fail. My wings are always done at the estimate time given. My wing be extra sauces and well done how I like them. Good worker's. 100% Recommended
Just ordered & waited about 15 minutes but fries were not hot & chicken wings were lukewarm. The lady took my order was cool but the other 3 employees were just talking and getting out all the call in orders. To wait 15 min at least serve hot food. Those are the fries I was served. Yuck!
What is happening to the service at this location????
The last 2 times I ordered here, my order was wrong.
If I ask for mild, please give me mild. If I request (and pay for) all drums, please give me all drums.
This is my favorite place for wings. But if I'm not going to get the service (and food) I'm paying for, I'm all set.

Very clean and good staff. Food was delicious. It's right around the corner from me but I always forget it's here. Gotta come here more often.
