I went to wingstop to pickup my doordash order and first they gave me someone else’s food then when they remade my order they forgot 2 of my items i realized when i got home and i live 20 minutes away so i went there and back 2 times and when i got there they weren’t even ready. when i got my food they gave me half a chicken strip as one. they also messed up my fries.
Ayeeee they food be looking good and smelling good but sometimes they make mistakes like every place does however these are burnt I don’t recommend ordering last minute like I did my order was wrong and a little darker than I would like hopefully we can resolve the issue for late night customers
We ordered food with the app and one of us went to pick up the food. Among the order was a large order of fries for myself. And this is what i got. As you can see in the photo, i could only eat half the order because rhe other half was either burnt or overcooked. i was told that the fries are really good at Wingstop so i gave them a try and i got this. Very dissapointed. What a waste of money. Im just gona stick to McDonalds or JackIntheBox fries.
Was passing through Madera and stopped at this location, the place was busy, but the customer service was great. Had a 30 minute wait which was okay because we were in no hurry. I normally don't like Wingstop fries, but this location has them fully cooked, not half raw like other locations, hot
and salted how I like, of course they're too far for me to travel to get again, but my next time heading to Fresno I will stop in. Location was great, right next to a Crumble cookie, Baskin Robbins 31 flavor and Chipotle. Had to try the cookies after dinner, If I wasn't stuffed, I would have had the ice cream also. Easy on and off the highway 99.
I have bought several times in this place, always hoping that the food will improve, but each time they disappoint me more, today something disgusting happened to me, I no longer know if they are chickens, lizards or rats, it is incredible how bad they make the food and how bad It is the branch, I have eaten at other wings stops and they are much better
I’ve been here 4 times within the past month an a half. It depends on who’s cooking as to how the wings turn out. I took my mom and brother here at separate times and my husband and I have visited twice. The first time my husband and I went the wings were perfect, had a lot of seasoning/sauce and the wings skin was crispy on the outside. The time I took my mom, they were good as well. The second time my husband and I went and the time I took my brother, the wings were cooked, but had little to no sauce/seasoning and the skin was not crispy, so wasn’t very good. The employees are friendly, the bathrooms are pretty clean, it’s usually busy. Now that I have a feel for the employees, depending on who’s working we’ll just ask for our wings to be cooked a little longer. Photo with veggies sticks was one time when the wings weren’t crispy and barely any flavor. Other photo was when they were crispy and had a lot of sauce/seasoning. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Employees are nice. We will keep coming back.
They made me water an hour more, and they don't treat me nice.
Out of all their cooks only 1 of them actually gets them done right the rest they dont Follow instructions or the ones taking the order dont write it down correctly
If You ask for well done/extra crispy they make them soggy no crisp at all
You ask for them notmal and they almost burn them they really need to check with their cooks
