Good food and newly opened location in Capitola, CA. It was bustling when we were there, so it's got a demand. The counter was clean and the staff was friendly. Good pricing for the food delivered to our appetite.
This place is Nasty they give you the food you order cold and fries were hard and stail just like crumbs I just ordered today and again they forgot to give me my corn and I always ask for my wings well done and they make them with the saggy skin bad service I don't recommend this place I rather drive 50 miles to another Town to another wingstop.
That girl Kaitlyn who worked at 3:00 Dec 18 has bad customer service. To top it off she out here throwing change instead of giving it to you nicely on the hand . And that food was bad focus on Kaitlyn .
Had to wait another 15 mins past the fulfillment time. They didn't include my wings in the bag when they said the order was ready. When I went to correct it they owed up to the issue but when I opened the box they had the incorrect sauce and gave me boneless when I ordered bone-in. Frustrating to pay more and get less.
Pretty clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Chicken was cooked well and was as expected. Knocked off two points for the staff letting one of their kids put his sneakers on the front service counter. I had no idea where this kid's shoes had been. Other than that, place was nice, took about 15 minutes for my order, and it was delicious.
I ordered through DoorDash and WingStop send the wrong flavor. I only got a $7 credit from DoorDash. I called WingStop and they replaced it but I had to go get it. There was no apologies for the order being wrong and no offer of anything extra for my troubles.
First let me start by saying the food was good. But yo I would skip the drink here it's not even worth it, every single flavor tasted like they never cleaned that thing. Skip the drink
I had ordered 2 orders of large cheese fries and only received one. I ordered delivery through Doordash. The driver I give 5 stars. As for Wingstop it's 2 stars. I received NO receipt with my food and the online receipt shows just the two orders of chicken and nothing else. If I paid for 2 cheese fries @ an extra $5.95 then I should get 2 cheese fries. I did not so I should get a return of the money I spent on cheese fries I did not get.
