I put a specific pick up time and I had to wait because they were cleaning up the entire floor, all the workers were covered in water and had squeegee’s trying to clean the floor at 7:15 PM. Seems a little early to me to be doing cleaning. I was supposed to get eight hot wings and they consider these three wings I guess. I would say they’re about half of a bite super disappointed that I paid for 99% breading.
Ordered food from Stetson Hills location that’s about 4 miles away. Wife gets home and my lemon pepper wings (that were ordered with extra cooking time) weren’t done. There was NOTHING “well done” about my food. Simple order that they can’t seem to get right 1 of every 3 times we go there. I call and talk to the manager. I DON’T want a store credit. If I have to drive BACK to you for something YOU got wrong, a refund on only my wings isn’t cutting it. You can keep that $20. The kids love it, but this is the last time I’m spending money with this place ever.
This location steady loves to play with me. They always forget a sauce and give me what they feel like. We wanted a limited edition flavor and they gave us regular bbq. They forget our drinks. & tonight these fries are pathetic. They’re cut crazily, unseasoned, AND uncooked. I’m just hungry.
You can trust that if someone orders voodoo fries they would like to have plenty of cheese and dressing and spices on their fries. They order voodoo fries because they don’t want regular fries. But every time we order voodoo fries from this particular location, there’s maybe 2 tablespoons of cheese and 2 tablespoons of dressing and forget the spices. I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and got powder Parmesan barely on the wings and no butter was touching my wings. They were basically classic plain wings. No surprises, you can always count on this location, doing everything halfway.
inedible BURNT bun. just ordered, june 16th at 5:30. 2 chicken sandwiches both in the same condition, bun is harder than a rock. service is terrible. i dont ever recommend eating here & i will never do it again.
Horrible food!! I ordered an 8 piece - 4 dry rub lemon pepper, 4 Louisiana dry rub. The wings were like rubber and seemed like they were boiled vs fried. There wasn't any seasoning on the wings!! I get dry rub all the time and they have seasoning, these seem partially raw and I didn't eat them. If you must have Wing Stop pick another location.
We ordered takeout on this particular dinner meal. Our cashier was professional. We ordered the meal for two with garlic Parmesan & mild sauce, with fries and two drinks. We sat in the store and waited for about 10-15 minutes before our food was ready. Drink machines were operating good with at least 10 beverage choices to choose from (sodas, iced teas, caffeine free and diet options). I feel the price was great for what we ordered. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the seasoning on the French fries… they were very salty with a sweet tinge to them. Not really for me but my husband enjoyed them.
I recommend this wing place. Cheaper than BWW, but not as good as golden flame hot wings.
This is usually my go to place for wings especially during football season. The last couple times the quality has really fallen off. The wings have so many feathers still on them is crazy. They need to really up their prep game. I will be looking for a new place for wings from now on. Not sure about other locations as this is the only one I order from. The picture is the amount of feathers I pulled out of my first 2 wings....
