The last two times I visited this Wingstop location, my food must’ve not been drained of the grease, because my chicken tenders were soaked, and there was not only a puddle of grease in with my food, but the bag was soaked inside and out, so much that it ruined a brand new pair of Tommy Hilfiger pants. I was very disappointed, especially the second time.
Don’t expect to get refunded for not willing to wait almost 2 hours for food!! Called & spoke to the manager 4 times & he promised he’d get it taken care of week after week. 1 month later still nothing. I tried to be understanding, but it just seemed like he took advantage of that. Don’t come here & if you do, you might as well wait as long as your food takes because 2 hours of your wage will just be put on the back burner since they will keep it & run. So terribly disappointing.
the workers were nice but the food was horrible!!! No gloves. so sad because I LOVE wing-stop. My fries and sandwich were cold! I asked for no salt and got salt. My wings were gummy. I threw half of my food in the garbage so very disappointed with this location.
We ordered 2x chicken sandwhiches and and fries with extra seasoning during the evening around 7:30pm and the fries we got are soft, old, cold, burnt fries, bland with no seasoning let alone extra seasoning, it was horrible. It tasted like they just took all the left over fries and handed it to us. Very disappointing because when we ordered during the day the fries was crunchy and warm and had a decent amount of seasoning the chicken burgers was good. Stay away during the evening because staff are probably too lazy to cook food properly. Pity! Now we know whats a good time to get fresh sandwhiches and fries.
I asked for well done and they give me soggy fries and slimey wings.. if a customer request well done please just cook it longer.. the food is gross if it’s not cooked long enough.. but obviously this location doesn’t care
Had lunch DoorDashed to work since I forgot mine ????????♂️ wings were really good. Had bbq & garlic parm….bbq were a lil spicier than expected but still good. Fried corn on the cob was really good as well.
Place is a joke tell you 20 minutes for your food. 45 minutes later still NO FOOD! Ordered 28 wings then told oh we are waiting on fries as they blow out doordash orders that just sat now have to wait 3-4 business days for a refund highly do not recommend
I placed my order online for carry out at 7:17 pm. I got to the store at 7:40 pm and didn’t get my food until 8:39 pm. I had to ask about my order 3 separate times as people were coming in, getting their orders and leaving before me. The food was very good and hot but it took almost an hour after the 28-33 mins they said it would take to be ready.
