Host Chasity was rude from the start. I asked her what the meal for 2 would cost without any side and it felt like I was an extreme inconvenience to her. I ordered the meal for 2 classic half hot honey and half garlic parm and a regular drink. My coworker and I grabbed a table and I immediately grabbed a napkin to clean the table because it was partially dirty (no biggie) wipe it down. I ask Chasity where the trash can was and again with bad demeanor points at a small trash can that’s next to the cup lids and the drink (highly unsanitary). Me and my coworker sit and wait for our food. Food comes out and Chasity addresses my coworker and just plants my food on the table and walks away. I open my food and no ranch. I ask the other young lady who seemed to be prepping food if I can get a ranch and she told that the host Chasity would get it for me. She comes around and hands me a ranch and tells me that it’s normally a charge but to not worry about like Wings don’t automatically come with a dipping sauce. Anyways overall terrible service but the food is good. CHASITY, if you do lnt like your job, find something to make you happy, but customer service is not it young lady. Hopefully everything works out for you.
First visit at wingstop. The inside is very small. Only a couple of tables. The guy at the register was extremely friendly and helpful. They were cooking up a lot of to go orders. There wasn't a garbage available inside? The food was hot and fresh. Teens enjoyed it .
Don’t let any negative reviews discourage you from trying wings here. I’ve visited many places in the Orlando area, and this is the quickest and friendliest Wingstop I’ve ever experienced. Don’t hesitate to come in and enjoy some amazing wings. Trust me, I have no complaints about this place!
I recently ordered from this restaurant twice. On a Saturday night, I ordered 25 hickory-smoked bbq, 25 lemon herb, 20 garlic parmesan, and 10 louisiana rub. The bbq wings and Louisiana rub wings were excellent; the lemon herb wings were disappointing since only 10 of them had seasoning; the rest were lightly coated or had none at all. The garlic parmesan wings had little flavor; they tasted like a garnish rather than a sauce or seasoning that was supposed to cover the wings. I realize it was an hour and a half before closing, but I'd rather them contact me to modify the order than have my order be unsatisfactory. The following night, I ordered 40 hickory smoked bbq wings, 10 Louisiana rub wings, and 10 lemon herb wings. All were superbly covered in their individual seasonings and sauces. I bought 52 oz simply lemonades both times, as well as french fries, which should be ordered well done to avoid them becoming soggy, and extra fry seasoning to maximize flavor. The pickup service was slightly above average; the personnel were friendly, patient, and helpful in bringing my meal to my vehicle.
The service was great, but unfortunately, they are understaffed. The food was good and of great quality, but they added too much salt to the fries. Overall, the food was a little on the salty side. Still, the Hawaiian-sauced boneless wings were great!
The counter attendant took 20 minutes to assist us because there was a baby in the lobby and she was too distracted playing with the baby than doing her job. The blue cheese had so much garlic in it I couldn't eat it because it made me so sick. Waste of money. We just ended up throwing it away. This was our first and last visit. So disappointing.
The only reason this place is getting 3 stars and not 1 is because the morning crew is amazing and always on point with my food.
Every time I come in here at night, after I order in advance, it’s STILL a 30 minute wait. I walk in and no one is working on orders, and everyone is talking in the back. When I give them my name is when they start working on it. I get 45 minutes for lunch everyday and 30 minutes of it is sitting in the lobby waiting on my food! Very poor service.
Best wingstop I’ve ever had. The crew was very nice and attentive. Their customer service was top tier and The manager and crew actually helped me try a different flavor other than lemon pepper and now I have a new best flavor thanks to them.
