Can’t ever order in the lobby, they decline you telling you that they close in X amount of time and can’t take any more orders. This is not how any other place I’ve eaten works. The staff made me place an online order in the lobby and then laughed at me for asking what I had to do to get some food. Declining more people and laughing at them as they leave currently watching it happen.
Ordered honey barbecue, but was given hot honey dry rub. Not what I ordered, but still pretty good. The wait was pretty long for some wings and so-so fries. The fries do taste best with ranch due to the soft texture.
My wife and I came in 37 minutes before closing and was immediately told they are closed and not taking any orders with a "talk to the hand" gesture. Might as well gave us a middle finger... it would have been more polite
My husband placed a pickup order online for this location. He called and canceled it like the email told him he could do. They still charged us and we cannot get anyone to refund us. We have called twice and they’ve said each time they’d look it up and call us back and they have not. We have left feedback on the website and asked for a call back and nothing. You need to do better than this.
Edit: my husband went in the store to ask for the refund and they were able to do it right away with no issues. Thank goodness he works near this location. What if the location was out of town? How many time would we have to have called to get it taken care of?
This location is nasty as in unsanitary and they just through the food together. They just hire anybody for fast food now days! The worker was sneezing over the food and wiping her nose over the food with her hands. All of them operate like they are all new and don’t know what they are doing. The girl was wiping food from the sides into the cooking grease with the customers food!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Last week, I went into this location looking for a quick chicken sandwich for supper. Simple enough? No. The young lady taking out the trash was focused on cleaning the first 5+ min I stood at the counter. There were 4 or 5 men cooking behind her. She finally asked me what I'd like (I already knew what from standing there for some time.) She immediately starts answering the phones and didn't take my order. A lady walked in behind me and one of the guys from the back comes up and asks to take HER ORDER! I walked. Obviously after 15+ min I wasn't getting food.
-------- I still wanted some wings so my husband and I tried an alternative route today. Doordash for pick up. Two 10 wing orders. Two flavors per 10 wing meal. My husband ordered the extra cooked lemon pepper and BBQ. His lemon pepper tasted like lemons and salt. Literally. My dog wouldn't even eat it. Not to mention, our wings were placed on top of each other. Very odd.
The final straw was the girl who handed me my order at the pick up counter. Very caddy for no reason. Unless you feel like dealing with awful customer service, soggy wings, and spending too much time there, I don't recommend them.
Ordered 24 wings with 3 sauces Cajun, hot honey,and atomic. You can imagine the disappointment when we saw all lemon pepper flavor . We were shorted 5 wings as well !
I ask for Ketchup that you can dip with I was told that ketchup is for online orders and that I needed to use the ketchup packets in the dining room! Even thou my food was placed in a brown bag! The ketchup packets are nasty and sticky everyone has touched them!
