Wingstop use to be so amazing, but now it's just not the same. The restaurant was just dirty. Employees were great though!
The food was good, some of the wings could had used a little more sauce but that could just be more of a preference from myself. The environment can use some cleaning but we did show up to place an order close to midnight, after a Tech game u can already imagine how much more busy it got. Aiden took our order & he still made us feel welcomed even when it was close to closing time, people kept coming in & despite the time & crowd, he continued to provide GREAT customer service. I am not sure how many different crews this location has but what I can say is the crew that I observed this night was staying on top of every order with patience & a smile. Aden, Angelica, Zoey, Peyton, thank you for the kind service you provided, keep up the good work bc it doesn't go unnoticed.
I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. We did not get everything we ordered. Fries were a pile of dark brown greasy mush. Called the restaurant and I use that word loosely and the girl on the phone first told me to hold for him the manager. Then she came back on the phone saying she was the manager and told me to bring the food back in. We'll I did that and it got worse. I've never seen such rude behavior in any establishment in my life. She was talking about me to the dasher waiting on an order. She told me I was not a customer even though we just spent 80$ on garbage. Oh and she said there's no manager in that store so I didn't matter. I asked what was the managers name and she said she don't know. I think her matted up ponytail was too tight. I'll be calling corporate now. Thanx
My husband and I went to pickup our order and the wings were so hard and nasty very over cooked we couldn't even eat them especially me due to my braces the fountain drink area was nasty looking so it was a waste of time and money
I will never spend my money here again my wings where still raw my fires where Gooey like If they just through them in the bag, my whole oder was wrong . I order 15 more wings they where all nasty... made me Throw up just mess my whole night up for my dinner... the people where rude like they didn't understand me when I said Extra crispy, then they got a Attitude with me... I can say so much more but this place needs to get there staff in order.....
A definite stay away. First things first, it's carry out only. Walked in, asked for a combo, took 25 minutes which I would normally be understanding of since it was the beginning of lunch time. However multiple people walked in with preorders and they said it was already close to 20 minutes past their promise times. Not the staff faults, more whoever is in charge as they seem extremely understaffed. I'm not sure how but I received cold wings and fries even after a 25 minute wait of what I thought was them making fresh food. Also the small ranch sides are over a dollar each which should be criminal. All in all, there's much better choices for wings in this area regarding cost, food quality, and atmosphere
More incompetent fast food employees that can't make an order right, we ordered doordash, I ordered my fries well done extra seasoning, they literally couldn't even put them in a box that closes to keep them warm so when I received them they were just thrown In an open tray in the bottom of the bag and were iced cold, not well DONE AT ALL! extremely soggy and wet with maybe a pinch of seasoning they were absolutely disgusting and inedible, i also ordered corn for my kids and ordered it PLAIN WITH NO CAJUN! the corn we received had Cajun seasoning, my kids can't have spice so something else we couldn't eat! And we all ordered sprites but what we recieved we're definitely not sprites!! They all tasted like watered down unsweetened cokes, so they all went down the drain so pretty much everything we ordered went into the trash! Thanks for wasting our time and money!
Wow, the experience left me speechless and for all the wrong reasons. I am honestly surprised they get any business, but when your choices are limited and you choose to spend your hard earned money for bad service and even worse product, I’m not sure how I could ever go back to this location. The kitchen was fully staffed yet they were extremely slow to put orders out. They seemed to be hating g the fact that they are paid for their time to do a job and it showed. Very poor execution on all fronts. They should be ashamed of themselves. I hope they do better but I’ll never go back.
