every single time I come here, my food has never been wrong. My food is always fresh and hot, and the people there are always working so hard, busting their ass to serve others. Despite them being flooded with orders in the lobby being crowded, they kept their calm and got as many orders going as they could. That was the definition of teamwork and customer service i love to see! Despite the orders taking a while, they were trying the best they could. appreciate your food workers they do more than you know
Burnt, greasy wings and soggy, greasy fries. This location has lots of issues. The quality didn’t get this bad because of the employee, it’s a management issue. I feel bad for anyone whose only experience with WingStop is this one. The food was so far off from the standard wingstop and it’s not even close. These were HORRIBLE.
I’d like to get a refund but I can imagine that process would be horrible too.
Another weird thing, when I pulled up at 720P, the open sign was off as well as the lights. I thought it was closed initially, but nope they were open making horrible food.

As always the food was amazing! I love the Louisiana rub wings! It takes a while to cook all those wings. So during meal rushes like lunch and dinner I recommend ordering online or calling it in. And I would allow about 30-45 min after your order is placed to go get it. They get backed up at rushes. But that's just the nature of how long wings take to cook.
But the wait is sooooooooo worth it. The wings are always crispy and cooked to perfection! Every flavor I have tried has been outstanding! I haven't found one I didn't like so far. The fries are great as well. I recommend trying the seasonings on these as well. You won't regret it. Their staff is always amazing, and fast! The store is small so not a ton of seating. So I carry out most of the time. But you can dine in. Highly recommend them. I eat there all the time!
Ordered 40 wings online. Was supposed to come with 2 orders of veggie sticks that weren’t in the bags. And paid for extra dipping sauce that was also missed. The Parmesan garlic “rub” was flavorless. And the fries tasted like they were seasoned with sugar…. Will absolutely never go here again. Food was absolutely terrible. Super disappointing. And it was super expensive.
Received plan wings instead of bbq as we ordered, the wings not even covered in sauce. When we picked up the order no one said a word to my boyfriend only gave a dirty look.
The fries were cold as well. Very disappointed

We requested well done wings, but they were literally soft and chewy.
Never had this happen before.
We are road-tripping & this ruined our long waited dinner.
Food was not done when I arrived 30 mins later and then I got old cold fries. Requested new fries then they refried some fries and did not season it. My chicken tasted plain habanero was more so mild and lightly seasoned! I’m very disappointed
As Wingstops locations go, it's a mediocre one at best. The food quality isn't ever explicitly bad, it just tends to run between acceptable and good.
The service is the real problem here. The location is often so busy that it's backed up and there simply isn't enough help at the counter to mitigate it. Soda fountain is often neglected and out of ice.
