The food was delicious!
Problems: 1)Not a single trashcan to be found. 2)Over an hour before closing, and most of the chairs were already on the tables. 3)The smell of weed was so strong, I couldn't wait to get my food and go. I don't know if it was from the employees, or from people outside.
Never been here and wanted to try for the first time and it will definitely be the last. So due to high demand orders online, ordering in person wasn’t available. Manager Kimberly told employees to stop taking orders but that ordering online was available. What’s the difference for ordering online and in person if the wait time is still the same. I’ve never been to a food place where they couldn’t handle customer orders due to online orders being 10 minutes behind. Sorry wing stop but this location needs serious improvement.
The food is good. But I saw never in my life so bad and worst and disrespectful personal like this guys. That why now I understand why people writing bad reviews about this store. Biggest problem the personal. Never never again. Sorry
Visiting from Canada so we had to try wing stop and what a disappointment this location was. The staff remember working the till inside was so incredibly rude and cold. I felt like such a bother for coming in to order that I left and went home and we ordered it on Uber eats. The food itself wasn’t great either. Cold fries and boneless wings with no flavour. Would not recommend and we won’t be back.
Went in today about an hour ago and regret wasting the money spent. The wait was about 30 minutes, no problem because then it should be nice and fresh, right? These were the WORST wings I’ve ever had. They were all very tough, anything attached to the skin was not edible because it was so tough and the few pieces of chicken you could get close to the bone and maybe eat was sooooo dry and tough. I basically just threw my whole $30 order away because of how much was not edible.
I love Wingstop… but the service in this specific location is horrible, you ask for your order and they act like you are not there. If you’re not constantly asking for your order it can be just there siting. Because sometimes they don’t even call for orders that are ready.
This time fries were over cooked and we get just crumbs
The wings were overdone. No meat on them it was fried too. Fries were cold. I loved wingstop in Dallas but this one just didnt make the cut.
Bought wings here today and from the store to when we got home the food it was a mess. When I got there they couldn’t find my order but they eventually found it. When we got home they got my two of my three flavors wrong, didn’t give me the veggie sticks. My boyfriend’s extra wings (bayou bbq) and one of mine had little to no sauce and my boyfriends cheese fries had almost no cheese. I got major attitude when I called back to ask for a fix. All they offered initially was to give me an extra 5 wings next time I came of but since I’m not from here i just said I’d bring them in. They told me if I had eaten a wing even if it was the one they had made correctly they didn’t have to help but to bring back in the wings. I told her I’d bring in the ones that were wrong because I didn’t want to bring them back wings I had touched due to covid. When I got there the lady acknowledged that the wings were wrong but never apologized and gave me attitude most of the time. I told them I just wanted them to fix my order of wings and give me the veggies but they re made the whole order. I got confused when she showed me the bone in wings, and she gave me huge attitude when I told her I didn’t want bone in wings. In the end it was fine I got my wings but the service was awful. I attached a photo of the dry wings with the wrong sauce they said was standard.
