The food was terrible. Extremely greasy unappetizing fries were cold and soggy the food was very salty… I wouldn’t recommend
We were running errands again and weren't going to make it home for dinner. So.it was dinner on the run tonight. We hadn't been here in a long time.
We ordered the Lemon Pepper 12 piece wings. They weren't as juicy as they used to be or as big, but it was ok, and we were hungry. We split the order, 6 each. Served with ranch dressing and celery sticks. They need to do better.
Service was quick as we ordered ahead online for take-out. There is a small seating area with a TV if you like. The employees were friendly and quick. It was around 6:30 pm. and busy.
Parking is right out in front of the store or anywhere else in the parking lot. Wheelchair accessability.
Went here for lunch solid wingstop, staff could be a little more professional. Food was ok, wait was very long. Got my food 25 minutes after my estimated pick up time.
Placed an order online to the incorrect location and when I called to cancel, the lady who answered the phone hung up on me after I asked her to cancel the order. When I called back she said, I’m pretty sure they told you 3-5 business days for a return. I then said, no one said anything, I just got hung up on. I got major attitude from this woman for no reason at all. Also, there was no confirmation email of any cancellation and there is no way to get a hold of customer service to know if the order was really cancelled. I’ll need to dispute the charge with my bank.
Update: I never received my refund for the cancelled order. I called the restaurant on multiple occasions and always got the run around. I also emailed the GM several times and never got a response. They basically never cancelled my order and probably ate the wings themselves. Atrocious customer service and absolute thieves of a company with no one to contact for order support. DO NOT ORDER AT THIS RESTAURANT. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!
Going off by experience and reviews, this location site needs some type of inspection, change of workers or just shut down entirely. I ordered for delivery and the wait time was ridiculously long. Aside from that, when I finally received my order I could tell that the wings I ordered were completely old and stale. There was barely any sauce, the pieces were very SMALL, and everything was just cold and chewy. Don’t make the same mistake I did, and READ the reviews before ordering. Find yourself another location, you’d be better off. Needless to say, im not eating my order. What a waste of my time and $34.85 down the drain.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST !!!!!!! chewy and no sauce. my biggest mistake was ordering from this location.
To be honest the food was great but the woman was in the front cashier didn’t treat us good I am very upset about this because the restaurant deserves improvement because its food is good.
I experienced the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life at this restaurant. The girl attending at the front desk was rude, classless, disrespectful and absolutely horrible at her job. And then to top it all off she started talking to other employees about us right in our faces. I will never ever be returning because no one deserves to be treated as horribly as I was treated there.
