I bought my dinner here last night for me and a family member, the chicken wings were very very overcooked. The sauce tasted good. But you can't coat extremely overcooked chicken in sauce and think it will soften it up. I spent 40$ not much but I probably won't be eating here for a while. The wait for food is pretty long. Door dashers all standing around. Not that many people eating inside the small , loud dining room. It smells really good while your waiting. But the actual product left a lot to be desired.
Food is great. You will wait for it though. If you order online, add 30 mins minimum before it will be ready. Crew is hard working, the owner is a tool for not hiring more employees.
We usually have issues when we order delivery from this location, but today we had an especially poor experience. Being that it was Halloween and we wanted to give it enough time, we ordered our combo meal at 5:30pm with a drop off time of 7:45pm. Food did not arrive until 8:30pm and the food was not hot and the fries were both incorrectly made and undercooked. The two stars are for getting the chicken correct (the bare minimum).
Music is so loud that customers are unable to have a conversation without shouting at each other. The food may be decent but with all the to-go orders, many turning into stolen orders, the wait times become costly to the delivery drivers, in that they are abused by the customers they are picking up for due to being "too slow" on delivering their extremely overpriced chicken. Wingstop should be removed from delivery service apps.
*Update* Why implement a sign-in system if the employees arbitrarily decide who gets their order next? I was skipped over in favor of EIGHT other delieveries. Here's the kicker: my orders were already sitting on the counter, ready to go. Go to any other place for wings and save your money.
This is completely out of hand. I ordered through Uber. 20 piece boneless with fries. All the chicken was overcooked, some were hard as a rock. The fries were a big mass of soggy, wet, cold potatoes.
I drove to the location to have it remade. The manager even said they were having problems with the frialator. Wouldn't that mean....double check the food. They just threw it in a bag, and sent it out. Why are sending out food that YOU wouldn't eat?
I'm done with Wingstop after this. Thanks for wasting my time, and money. Bottom line........ Corporate doesn't care, management doesn't care, the employees don't care.

Waste of time (long time waiting)wasted money.
I read some of the reviews and I agree with all.
You don't want to order from this place unless you have an hour to waste. I ordered online, given a time of 32 to 37 minutes. Showed up 40 minutes later, to a line all the way to the door! Been waiting an additional 15 minutes, already! So far, 2 people were given the wrong order - one dude said his was wrong 3 times! There's some dude in here who cannot afford ear buds, blasting mumble rap and it's hot as balls in here!
In the pictures, everyone is here to pick up and told it will be another 20 minutes!
There are 3 young ladies behind the counter, who are, clearly, overwhelmed.
