Demarcus is great! He was the manager on duty during our visit. He ensured we got our food in a timely manor. He even visited us at our table to make sure everything was going well. This was one of my weekly visits and I was pleased.
Even though the location was very busy, the service was great. Demarcus was very energetic and friendly with my family. Food was ready faster than expected and was cooked perfectly!
I ordered a chicken sandwich from Wingstop, but when I went to pick it up, I was told they were out of chicken patties. Instead, they gave me chicken tenders—without even the decency of putting it on a bun! No apology or heads-up about the substitution, and the whole experience felt like they didn’t care at all about quality or customer satisfaction.
when i walked in it was EXTREMELY loud, there were four other people sitting and waiting. one of the employees had food in his mouth while preparing food, another employee was handling a charger and a speaker in the kitchen as well. there were spills all over the tables. people that walked in after us were served faster. the drink machine wasn’t even working, literally no ice and the drinks were terrible. the environment was also extremely messy. i ordered six traditional mild wings, like, the ones with sauce? they tasted like plain wings. not an ounce of flavor. the fries were all brown and burnt. i ordered regular fries and they weren’t even seasons. i paid $5 for a large side of ranch, they gave me 8 small dipping cups ?????? the ranch was the only thing that saved this meal. like it was genuinely the only good thing about any of it. the other person i purchased food for said the tenders were fine, just boring. their fries were also extremely burnt. i had never been to wingstop before, but you’d thing for a place that boasts about flavor there would be at least a little? there was literally nothing good about my experience here. after i finished my food, which i forced myself to sit through considering my meal was cold and tasteless, both me and my friend were extremely nauseous. like it made us sick. i am not one to leave reviews, especially bad ones, but if you’re going to get wingstop, just travel and get your moneys worth. this location is NOT it.
Service is horrendous, building is filthy, quality is terrible. This location needs to be shut down and never thought about again. It would be a complete shame to be proud of this establishment. Waited over 30 mins for food. Watching employees curse back and forth with each other and a customer that had to have worked there or be good friends with the employees. Complete chaos, should’ve walked in and turned around the first red flag of how absolutely disgusting that place is. But decided to try it out. Got home and was missing literally all of the tenders to my order, literally just fries and some random wings that’s nobody ordered. Called to see if i could just get a refund and the employee on the phone is rude and sounds like they have no idea what they’re talking about. Showed up at the restaurant after being told to come back in and get a refund. Sat around for 30 minutes waiting for the general manager so they can come refund the order. Just to get some more attitude and lack of customer service. Someone please have this place shut down and replaced with something worth a crap cause baby this ain’t it.
My overall experience was pretty good here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food came out hot, and it was well prepared. I had original bone in hot wings, louisiana boneless, and the louisiana voodoo fries. The flavor of everything was on point and tasted great. The drink machine wasn't working, no big deal, the sweet tea was still available. The only thing keeping this review from a 5 star is that the music was super loud. I could hardly hear myself think, let alone talk to the other people I was with without yelling to each other.
Ordered some boneless wings and seasoned fries. Tasted horrible and the fries didn’t look like fries. Wings were very tough and dry. Fries looked like they were from the bottom of the bag. Very poor establishment.
Starters, we were greeted as we entered the door and every guest behind us as all of those who came in following. The place is small and only seats 4 tables. The fries were over cooked and burnt. The wings and flavor was on point. The staff was very friendly but it did take some time to get us our order and we were first in before the lunch rush. Nothing really negative except the long wait time and the burned, over cooked fries.
