Okey 1st and formost this is my fave location and I love ur food always or most of the time, I got the boneless meal, and 3 pieces were tiny as heck pretty embarrassing they literally looked smaller than a mcnugget. Cheech u guys. That's not cool. U owe me lol ???? ???? ???? see photos. False advertisement??
For some reason, every time I order from here, they can never make my order right. Ashley, if you bagged my food, you have to check everything is there. I know how it works. My wings were made all the same flavor, the same thing with my chicken sandwiches, all Louisiana. It was supposed to be mild, mango habanero and plain. There is no extra seasoning on my frys, actually no seasoning, and the frys seem to be raw half of the time. Never ever can they actually make their sweet right either that or they just give me unsweet tea all the time. The 51st and Indian location is way better than this damn location. I can't wait for it to close, it's been too many times.
Check. Your. Bag. Even if you pay for extra ranch or bc, they won't give it to you. The chicken is reliably okay. That's the nicest thing I can say about a restaurant where you can expect to spend 30 bucks for 2 people.
Staff kept telling me they were making the order and it would be only 8 more mins, but after 25 mins, they said the same thing as before, that they were still making it. Why can’t they just be honest? Never over promise and under deliver in the food or service industry. They are making us UberEats drivers late and look bad to the customer. Very inconsiderate and unethical; just be honest with the completion time so we can accurately update your customers.
Arrived early and was in the a.m. for a lunch/dinner type restuarant. Greeted and was given immediate attention from the host/cashier lol. Order with pleasant conversation and polite gestures. Food arrived fresh and hot. Not much wait time, even with it being they just opened 15 minutes early for me and my wife. Atmosphere was quiet, calm and serene. In this area it is not easy to find a place hidden from the foot traffic. All in together it was a pleasant experience. I would gladly return for a second if not third fourth, etc visit. I recommend this place if your in this area and looking to eat well, stay out of the hustle and bustle of this atmosphere and area. And all in all want to enjoy a alone time and peaceful conversation with whomever it is that you seem to take out. I give this wing stop a four out of five. Clean establishment, good, polite, and fast service. Great atmosphere. Check it out when ever in the area.
The service was excellent and all of the staff were very friendly. This location was very clean and organized. Would definitely eat here again!
Omg everything was amazing the staff is truly the best ever ❤️they made me feel at home when picking up my order , the cook made my wings just like my family loves them thank you guys soooo much .. Especially the girl at register she was patient with me after choking when I was putting in my order ???????? store is Clean everything was clea this will be my permanent wing stop home ❤️
I was really let down by the service and demeanor of the manager. She didn’t want to take a cash order after 11pm. I work nights and there’s not many healthy places to eat. Not that it’s the best thing for us. But, I was hungry and had plenty of cash and they are opened till midnight. If they are willing to lose sales, what other shortcuts will they take because they are so lazy. Very let down and disappointed and they definitely lost my business. A successful business has no need to turn down any sales or business transactions. What’s the purpose of being open of you are refusing certain sales? I never got any food and they force you to make recommendations in order to post these reviews. Lame
