On November 10th at 6:21 PM, I placed an order from this Wingstop through DoorDash, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with this chain. If I could give zero stars, I would. The wings were soggy with barely any sauce , and the fries were old. Halfway through eating my fries, I discovered bugs in my food. This is completely unacceptable, and this location needs to be inspected immediately. Avoid at all costs.
Waited half an hour inside AFTER placing an online order, only for them to help everyone around me and ask my name again to realize they had it sitting there on the bottom rack getting cold. I checked the bag and was missing about half of my order. When I informed the worker that we were missing about half of our order, she caught an attitude and began being rude. After checking my receipt, She didn’t speak another word until she was handing me my entire second bag of food that was missed. Horrible service. Not to mention the lack of sauces and seasoning. Just horrible all around.
The bag was not well secured with a sticky label partly loosened and questionable. And the text said a female was delivering and clearly a male delivered my food. I never used door dash because I was afraid of my food being violated. I will never again and stick to the restaurants that have their own delivery people.
Stopped in to order wings, wanted to try the new location. Asked about the lunch special, and was told it was 2 wings for 5 bucks. On the door, they had a sign for a 5 piece boneless for $7.50. Their employees really should know the promos, especially if you have big signs on your door for them. Inside there is a menu, but prices are not listed, which is misleading. I ordered some boneless wings, and it had the same problem I have with other Wing Stop locations, it's just way too salty. Their garlic parm wings had no flavor other than salt, the lemon pepper should be called lemon salt, and the bbq was actually pretty decent. I also ordered seasoned fries, which had something sweet on them, and were not very good. The location has only been opened for 1 to 2 weeks, but the kitchen didn't appear very clean. If I didn't know it was a brand new location, I would have guessed it had been there for years. Unfortunately I probably won't be back, there are better chicken places that are cheaper and cleaner in the area.

CONS
- i ordered lemon garlic bone-in as well as garlic parm and Louisiana. All of these are "dry rub". The two garlic flavors are "no heat" and the LA is "level 3 heat". The lemon garlic was OUTSTANDING but it seems that forgot to add seasoning to the LA or the parm. Real bummer because I love those LA's! Even with no seasoning they were still good, but it's not what I ordered. (The 4th pic I uploaded shows each of the wings. The one with the black dots on it is the only wing that had added flavor. The rest tasted like plain wings.)
-Although we paid for a side of celery ($2) they forgot to add it
-Fries are undercooked and cold. Throw them in an air fryer to crisp up. They crisp up nice!

- Cheese is super bland, but all of the locations have this same cheese so it's not anything Wayne did wrong. Its similar to the regular Fritos canned cheese (NOT the jalapeño flavor)
Worst wingstop ever. Absolutely avoid. Customer service was horrible. They were extremely rude and would refuse to serve us midway as we were placing the order, saying it was online only even though we were in the middle of an order. Never gave an explanation even after we asked for one. The people there had a horrible attitude. Don't know how these people have jobs. Avoid at all cost
Ordered an 8 boneless wings combo,they told me 15 to 20 minutes, took them more than an hour to get it ready. And when I asked about my order, dude started getting mad and called his manger. Totally unprofessional
pick up order went well. the coke could be more ~crispy~ /flavorful. the fries were soggy but covered in seasoning& cheese so i didnt mind as much. chicken was hot garlic parm/lemon pepper flavors decent enough. not the best chicken restaurant but it was worth trying.
