We ordered 2 combos 10 piece to go we got to our room opened the bag the hole bag they put the food in had grease we open the styrofoam container both were full of grease wing were saturated with greases we did not even eat them they looked disgusting strongly advised not stopping here to eat it to go very poor performance I will never come back here again and strongly recommend that nobody else does either keep going don’t wast your money here u will be throwing away your food I guarantee that !!!!
Ordered Traditional Bone In Spicy Korean. Didn’t specify all flats, but damn I got nothing but drums. ???? Mac Donald’s Fries cause I don’t like WS fries.
I expected the Lemon pepper to be a little salty but not the bbq boneless. My goodness you guys must have put all the salt on the bbq and none on the fries. I’m not sure who told wingstop sugar taste good on fries. It doesn’t.
Amazing customer service Gabriel , Melanie , Tye and cooks did a great job highly recommend.. place was so clean very well enough to dine . Will be coming back, plus I didn’t want our wings drowned ..and our order was done perfect !!!!
Food is good it's just they make too many mistakes and do cheap things to save money. For example today I ordered from uber 2 brownies, 2 combos and 2 drinks. Brownies were not there in the sealed bag, drinks were filled with ice so much that I only took like 4 sips before I was out of coke... this place was good but it's been slowly declining
I see a lot of complaints on this place but my husband and I have been several times and have never had a problem. The people that wait on us are always nice. They get our order right every time and the food is always warm and tastes like it should. Not soggy or hard. Always seems fresh when we get it. I don't think I have had a bad experience with them at all. They don't take super longntonget the food out to you and we always do take out. My husband and I get the bone in wings lemon pepper and Louisiana rub. We even got cheesy fries and they were awesome.
Got to love some wingstop. If you Haven't tried them by now, then you Haven't experienced life. No one makes better wings then this place. I'm so addicted to those lemon pepper wings that they can just shoot the juice into my veins, lol. They have many flavors but the lemon is my go to. Stop on by, you won't be disappointed.
Company doesn't answer the phone. They are purposely hanging up.
They young ppl who work there have ZERO customer service skills, who hired them? The whole store needs proper training or fired!
