It took them forever to get my order out and were sending out orders placed after me before mine, on top of that, they forgot an entire 8 piece boneless and wanted to try and charge it for me again. But I'm willing to give them another shot. The food was overall good.
The employees that work in this store are incredibly disrespectful, and the food tastes horrible. The service is slow even when they are not busy.
Worst store ever absolutely do not care about door dashers. 40 min wait on a 5$ order.. rediculous
I ordered my son's usual chicken boneless combo. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the fries were delicious and so was the chicken! The establishment is kept well clean and the environment is very friendly! The manager Brandy was very helpful and so polite! Thank you!
I have eaten at this particular restaurant on 730 in Azle now 5 to 8 times. 3 times I had to wait over 20 minutes because an employee was in the restroom. I like to wash my hands before I eat anything and understand others need the restroom, but that is crazy. I can understand 10 minutes. When I brought it to the attention of a manager and asked if the restroom was locked or you needed a key, she said no one was in it, and no key was needed. We talked for 5 minutes about no access to the restroom when an employee walked out of it and went back to the kitchen. She just said "well I guess someone was in there." I then pointed out I waited 20 minutes before getting her, and we talked for over 5 minutes before the person came out she just said, "Oh well," then walked away.
The food is as good as other wing places, but it does not seem to matter to the mgmt if customers are impressed by service.
The only reason I do actually stop there is that they have a good dry rub on wings.
Just go somewhere else!! I love me some Wing Stop this one is very nice inside but they need more training especially when cooking chicken ???? How do you mess up wings?? I will drive to Lake Worth to get my wings.. Not cooked all the way ????
Put an order in online it said 22 to 27 minutes I waited 30 minutes to go in and be to to going to be another 10 to 15 minutes. So in total that means a 40 to 45 minute wait for 10 wings. I ended up waiting almost an hour. Would definitely not recommend coming here.
Best wings in town, great customer service, wonderful atmosphere. I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes for my wings to be cooked..lol who wants to eat raw chicken and get salmonella
