Ordered online at 7:03pm, order indicated 16 to 21 min.... it's been an hr and I'm still waiting for my order.... it seems like they are priorities door dash or in store orders.... I e asked multiple times about my order and they keep telling me it's coming. Store is disgustingly dirty, counter is covered in order receipts.. I'm never doing this to myself again.... this is ridiculous!!!!
Received order at 8:09 pm..... employee was throwing bags onto the counter.... never again!!!! Worst place to get wings.
Love this place typically, definitely not a dine-in kind of atmosphere at this location. I just had some wingstop and unfortunately right when I finished, I ate some medium long brown/black hair. Never had this happen before so I'm disappointed. Please cover your hair before cooking.
This is by far the worst Wingstop I've ever been too!! I stopped coming to this location and mistakenly placed an order here recently and was devastated. The location is absolute chaos, orders are never ready on time, people were complaining about their food being undercooked, and they had a book to write peoples names who complain to get them next time?? Crazy. I will make sure to never place an order here again!
Waited for my food that i ordered online . Noticed RAW chicken was being touched with NO GLOVES and employee just wiped his hands and began touching orders and other things. I polietly asked the team memeber to cancel my order and refund me my money and kept being asked why i was cancelling my order and i finally told them it was due to the food saftey and what i assume is the manager said "This is how all wingstops do it" and that id get my refund within 7-10 buisness days. They didnt do anything to show my order was indeed cancelled or provide any proof of a refund. This is unacceptable and unsafe to the public.
I love this store! I always come here to pick up my food. The food is very delicious and tasty. The staff are very kind and the tables were clean with no trash. 9/10 ⭐
The 2 stars are for the new trainee taking orders she was very polite and patient with the customers. Unfortunately somewhere down the line there was either some miscommunication or the cook forgot to add my lemon pepper seasoning to my plain wings, I drove all the way home to find season less wings, not happy at all. Thank God I had ranch dressing BLAH!!! I wanted lemon pepper wings.
They need more workers on weekends. 1 hour pick up. But workers were great and help
Dont waste ur time!!! We ordered online, paid online! We arrived when it says it'll be ready by. Lady in the front doesn't acknowledge us at the pick up and when she does, she tells us they never got the order! And says they can make it but it'll be a wait and they say if we want a refund it'll take 10 business days.... i have no choice to wait because I don't want to wait10 freaken business days for my money back.... this place sucks. Never coming back!!! Eat some place else. Not worth it.
