Eaten here 5 times and all 5 have been great experiences. The staff is what makes this location better than the rest. Very polite, respectful, and social with customers. This location is very busy with a lot of orders that get mixed up sometimes, but from what I have witnessed while dining in is customers are on their phones, miss their name being called, and that's what creates the confusion. Food is amazing and as you can see in my pictures, looks just as good as the ads when it's served. Please keep up the great work here!
Shaniqua was very helpful at 11 pm, close to closing time and I came in ordering a 2 meal deal lemon pepper wings. I ordered it pretty late, did change my order last minute but she was very kind and helpful. Love the great attitude and wasn’t rude or anything. Will come back to this location because of her amazing service!!
Great service for a large pick up order!
My group places orders before opening and ran into an issue. I called the store and received patient assistance when I know they were probably rushing to open.
Coworkers who picked up the food raved about the excellent service at pickup.
The orders were correct (no small effort !) and the food was fabulous!
My family and I had made an online order. When we picked it up we didn’t check the order but we when we got home to groveland the order was wrong and our sandwich bun was burnt. I wrote an email through their contact us page and was contacted back almost immediately. The general manager of wing stop went above and beyond to fix my order and deliver it to my home. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated her hard work, dedication and effort to her job. Her over the top service has made me a life long customer. We love wing stop so we were disheartened when our order was incorrect but she did everything to make it right.
BEWARE ALLERGY SUFFERERS!!! If you order naked, boneless wings they come with a batter that contains buttermilk. If you call them to ask about this, they couldn't be more rude, or care less. I couldn't eat this, and was told they "didn't know what to tell me about getting dinner for the evening because they fulfilled their job." They didn't even offer so much as an apology, let alone give me food I could eat or any other compensation. The fries were edible, that's the reason for the 2nd star, but they're really just a less favorable version of Five Guys fires. Let me make this clear I went to the one on Dillard. I will never eat there again I'll stick to wing places who do things correctly and let people who have allergies such as myself know there's allergens involved. If you want to try Wing Stop I recommend going to the one on W. Colonial because it's next to impossible for them to be worse.
This is the WORST Wing Stop location out there. Service is notoriously slow and takes triple the time I've experienced at other WS locations. I watched multiple parties order and leave before I got my order 40 MINUTES later. Avoid this Wing Stop and go to Wings of Winter Garden instead!!
It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Kenya helped me make my decision and was very pleasant to greet me. Had a great conversation! Will be coming back to this location AMAZING WINGS THE BEST 10/10
This location is probably one of the worst ever. I’ve been to this location multiple times and only once has the food been average. They never fry the chicken hard enough. It is always fatty, even after you ask for well done or extra hard. Never once has there not been an error with my order. Upon returning I had to double check my order before leaving. Also why is there an extra charge for ranch with just a wing order? Guess I’ll have to drive over to the W. Colonial location.
