I was happy to hear that I had a wingstop location near my home. I ordered for the first time today and it was made perfectly! It was fresh, juicy, crispy and they seasoned it to perfection. Definitely will make this store a common treat. The staff was nice and welcoming and I loved the environment. Food was amazing!
Placed my order online @ 8:00 and when I got there at 8:30 it still wasn’t ready & I had to wait another 40mins for my food. I got my food and it was the wrong order it was another person’s. They couldn’t find my order at all and I had to show them my email showing that I really placed an order. Got my food and the corn is hella burnt & my wings don’t even have no sauce on them. & The workers aint hittin on 2¢ the cook act like he didn’t want to do his job. And the girl with the red hair at the counter is rude as well and got a slick mouth.
The food was great, just a little pricey.Service was descent ,the cashiers were super helpful.My order got mixed up.The wait was a little longer than I wanted it to be.But, they were really good people.I will be going back , for sure.
Make the drive to Fire Tower! Employees were playful entire time. Fries were cooked hard and looked more like potato wedges. Waited 20mins and the chicken wasn’t hot. My bf first experience and he wasn’t happy at all. The ranch was super runny like water almost. Never again !
This place has potential but it seems as though the owners need to be more present. There are two Wingstop in this city and they are both slow and inconsistent with orders. You can’t ever place a phone call because no one never picks up the phone. The workers seems unhappy and the kitchen always look unsanitary.
WORST wingstop ever!!!! Ordered online called the store 10 times to make a change to the order no one answered the phone!!! Pickup time was 8:39pm got there at 8:40pm. Food was cold literally everything was cold!!! WORST customer service I have ever received, front desk lady last night was just terrible!!! If she does want to work just quit!!! There is no urgency to fix anything wrong it's absolutely sad. Front desk lady was soooo rude and ignorant!!! Oh yea I called the store when I got there to see if anyone was going to answer and nope, they just let the phone ring out!!! Bad business. To the owner, you need to pop in at night to see how things are going or watch the cameras. The night staff is completely horrible I live 5 mins from this location and have been here about 5 times and EACH time food and customer service is the WORST!!!!!
The last time i was here i spoke highly of you young men working but tonight i was disappointed because one my name was not called as it was given which was “nae” i sat for 25 mins just for them to come with my bag with the name Danny . Didn’t have my 2 flavored wings and bc my order just sat while i was sitting in my fries were cold. The gentleman up front mumbles the whole time i placed my order nether the less he put in the name so he couldn’t atleast made sure i got my food while it was hot .
Worst fast food experience in recent memory. Was told pickup order wasn’t ready when I arrived. After sitting among several clearly unhappy and complaining customers for 20 minutes, asked about my order again only to find out it was ready all along and on the bottom shelf. Spent 20 more minutes reheating everything at home. There was no obvious management presence. Employees seemed clueless - were non communicative, could not read my name or pronounce it back to me. They just laughed and shrugged when they found my order. Truly, this store should not be open. Make the drive to Fire Tower… it can’t possibly be worse. Wish 0-star ratings were possible. Beware!
