They dispatch their orders to DoorDash and the food never showed up. I called after 1 hour and got told it was just picked up 5 minutes ago, I wait another hour and nothing still. Called back and they told me to come get a replacement meal, I asked if I could just have a refund and they kept telling me just to come and pick up the order. I explained to him I ordered it for delivery for a reason and would just like my money back. He said fine you’ll see the Money on your card in 7 days and hung up. Extremely disappointed!!
Place is a joke for customer service, ordered through door dash as we do every week, and when we went to pick it up they said someone else picked up the order and there was nothing they could do about it. Blamed the manager saying they gave it out and then left and I could come back the next day to deal with it. Asked them how we make it right because I wanted to remain a customer and they said they have plenty of other customers and they didn’t care.
So I started my day off strong with a broken down car. And then I must go to work immediately after. All day I’ve been thinking about Wingstop so you know what I do. I get my beautiful friends to go to Wingstop. I get home finally relieved that my day is over when I get the call of my nightmare… my friends were refused service. I was told that they “stopped taking orders”. When i say this next part I would like to make it abundantly clear that it was 10:20. Which is FORTY MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE. I work in food service so I under stand that getting orders right before close sucks. But turning down paying customers 40 minutes before is quite honestly stupid on the company’s part and mostly disappointing to loyal customers. Not only to make the whole situation worse my friends were given uncomfortable comments by the other male customer in the store who I assumed got their orders taken. So at the end of the day, was this pure laziness or sexism we may never know. But what I do know is that this treatment is unexceptional and Wingstop may have just lost 4 loyal customers. This is a bad day gone worse. Please do everyone a favor and do your job. Thank you!
Today my coworkers ordered food DoorDash had the bag opened and food was missing we called the store and some chick lied about giving a refund then said the manager unionYer A. Was the name ahe could give us which sounded made up but we’re heading there bright and early if that refund isn’t refunded tonight 12-14-2024 said they steal food then won’t even refund you. Lord saying food was delivered at the nurses station but at CMHIP you can’t get in without a key cameras show delivery driver handing food over but lied saying maybe a nurse stole it lol dummy outsiders can’t get in hense why we say MEET YOU AT THE DOOR … STORE IS NON HELPFUL TRAVELERS DO NOT EAT HERE THIS ISNT LIKE THE CITY THIS PLACE AND MOST AROUND HERE ARE WEIRD..
Awful wings, waaaay overcooked and dry, the fries were soggy and dripping in oil and had no salt. Second time ordering from this place, thought they would be better this time then the last, was proved very wrong. Just ordered and ate today and already feeling sick. Not worth the $$, too expensive for awful food.
We asked for garlic Parmesan boneless wings and they gave us plain wings. We ordered carrots and celery with every single one of our orders and they only gave us one out of the four that we needed. We asked for blue cheese and they didn’t give us any. Overall would not recommend going.
I'm not sure we're eating at the same wingstop lol but every experience I have there is GREAT! food is made on time, extra sauces, friendly staff. Maybe because I go there often they know me by now???? but I like it. Also I ordered from doordash there once and it took over an hour, it's better to pick up ????????????????
Pretty amazed at how bad this place works. Ordered a 20 piece boneless meal through DoorDash and got like 5 wings and a handful of popcorn chicken. There were four people working when I got there so I’m sure they weren’t understaffed. I ordered this Thursday night and picked up my order about 10 min before they closed. I didn’t find this out until i got home so of course there’s no way for them to fix this. I have always enjoyed wing stop. I’ve never been to this one and I’ll be sure to let everyone i know to never go there.
