Placed an order for $50 payed extra for the voodoo fries got celery sticks instead tried to get my fries they told me to leave the restaurant. When someone's nothing but professional and is refused something they paid for it's ridiculous and shouldn't be tolerated. I'll be going to a different location from this point as I've had multiple issues with my orders here. Inspections for food quality and safety should be done again and staff needs some serious training. Will also be filing a complaint with the city because I almost forgot to mention how my wings were cold and nearly frozen. Thanks but no thanks
Now sure if these people leaving bad reviews are high or have a problem with hispanic people but I visited this Wing Stop location today expecting the worst and I got a good experience. You could tell english wasn't the first language from the lady taking my order but she did her best to keep giving me service in English even tho I also speak Spanish, well she did a good job and the kitchen was packed with many employees, food came out on time and tasting good, I don't have complaints...
The worse food ever and it wasn’t even hot. Not sure what was up with the fries but they were cold and soggy. Never going back.
It’s so hard to find a good place to eat something as basic as chicken.
Went into Wingstop on Wednesday Aug. 9th for lunch. My brother & I got lunch. The Place was great! Clean & neat. The staff was nice & helpful. I had garlic parm wings & the "new 2.0" Lemon zest chicken sandwhich. It was amazing!! My brother loved his wings. Great spot tp grub. A little on the pricy side. I dropped 45$ for lunch. But I knew that was gonna be the case going in. Great hot fresh food.I recommend WingStop on Tower Rd.
I ordered my wings original, extra cook did not seem like they were crispy at all very lightly sauced It definitely needed more sauce The ranch which I paid for was only half full very mediocre flavor I wouldn't order from here again
Ordered a 15 piece, 7 original hot, 8 mango habanero, 1 large fries with cajun seasoning, and some voodoo fries. All in all I wouldn't order from this place specifically. The mango habanero did not taste like it does at other establishments, almost like it was spoiled, they gave me regular fries instead, and the food made my friend throw up. I couldn't even finish the original hot because the thought of it was disgusting at that point. Again, ONLY THIS STORE.
food is fine no complaints about that. but the workers aren’t very polite nd the soda machine always got an issue.. no ice.. no carbonation, no syrup.. something is always wrong.. lobby got some sticky tables most of the time.. it’s small.. step it up yall.
I placed online order 9:49 pm came in the store 10:15 pm the person at the counter looks at my order number walks away said nothing it was a kid with glasses… then came back with a cute handed it to me… I said and my food he just walks away the. I sit and wait and wait and wait and watch people leave then I said hey this said I should have my food in 16-21 mins he asked me what’s my name I said I just showed you the order number my name and time it was placed. I’m thinking he can’t possibly be that stupid then he went checked for orders and the other employee told him that’s his bag my bag been sitting there the whole time my food is cold ???? then there are no trash cans so the drink area is dirty with straw papers and tissues
