Came at for last minute meal before going home. Place was high traffic customers, and ice machine was out of ice, but drinks were still ice cold. Ordered Korean bbq sandwich, hot honey wings and cajun tenders, along with fries. Gotta say, was not impressed with most, sandwich was the better tasting of all.
They were giving us attitude when we showed up to pick up our order. And there was so much oil in the containers. It was spilling out. I have never had this experience at other locations. This is also our second time trying this location.
Our first visit was during a sale during national wing day. Our order was short a box of classic wings, and the front person refused to honor the order. He got the manager, and we were finally helped. I do not recommend this location.
It's hilarious how many awful reviews this locations has about their terrible employees, smokey interior because the girls are using old grease that's entirely too hot so now all customers take home boneless wings a fork can't even penetrative after waiting an hour over the time scheduled on the website.
I'm sure the owner is extremely inundated and doesn't respond anymore....
Anyhow.
Invest in better people and training.
This location is absolutely disgusting.
One of my favorite wing spots around Oceanside. I just wish the service would be a bit better. There were a lot of customers and this is a good location for good wings. The wait time was a bit too long and many of the customers either did not get what they ordered or were missing an item. The staff can definitely improve on their customer service skills and communicate operably among each other with the orders. Other than that the meal was good for me.
Is this branch just trying to survive? Zero stars if there was an option! Food is good though but the service is terrible! There is always, always missing Food ordered online (for pick up) OR a mistake in the order which is so bad because who will drive back to get a missing item from the restaurant when all you want to do is eat already because you already waited an extra 30 minutes because the food was not yet ready! They should have more people in the kitchen! No wonder the rating is low. It really is important to read business reviews so you won’t get disappointed. You will know what to expect!
In fairness to the guy at the cashier, he was respectful to say they needed more time. We waited, but to our dismay there was missing food when we got home. It’s just not worth it. Giving our business to another location because this isn’t the first time we have had this issue.
Absolutely not recommend this place!
We order 20 boneless wings and this is what we received!
Just look the BBQ wings, it doesn’t look like a boneless and it looks like crumbs
Don’t waste your money!!
So I wanted to give one star only because the food is always so late. Order online reads 20 mins. I show up 40 mins later. Don't get my food for another 20 which is an hour for wings. This is everytime and either the app needs to be fixed or they need to get more workers or fryers.
The wings were bomb though and the guy at the store (philipino dude with earing in nose) was real patient and attentive. Even with the angry crowd (due to same issue as me)
I would come here again because I like the mango habanero...please fix the ordering process.
My husband and I ordered in store. The store wasn’t clean, but the staff was nice, contradictory to previous reviews. Maybe they hired new people? They almost forgot something in our order but stopped my husband before he left, awesome! We got everything we ordered! The food was hot, and it tasted great besides the chicken sandwich, I wasn’t a fan of it but maybe it’s just not for me. Would visit again!
