This is really a shame, this was my favorite restaurant, now the service is really bad.
This restaurant now presents its new skinny chicken wings, if you order 6 they only give you 5, how special!! If you order a chicken sandwich, the picture show some pickles but guess what, it comes with no pickles. What an offer ????
And how not mention the new specialty!! burnt french fries
Tried twice to call and order for pickup over phone. Can't get through via phone. They keep you on hold forever. Tried once to order online, but they force you to pay online if over $20. I prefer to pay at pickup. I went elsewhere.
This was the worst experience ever! I will never comeback to this location. The food was wrong and when I asked for a refund the manager refused give me one. I then attempted to asked for a corporate number he pointed at the wall and tried to give me a number for franchising a store. The manager “made” a poor attempt at helping me and needs more training on how to use their POS systems.
The food was decent but it took over 20 minutes for us to receive our order. Because it took longer than expected, I needed to change my 5 month old baby’s diaper; there was no changing table in the women’s restroom. I had to lay him down and change him on the cold tile floor in the restroom. I didn’t have a changing pad with me, and so he screamed because it was cold and uncomfortable and EVERYONE in the restaurant could hear him. When we left the restroom, I received many stares - highly embarrassing. We won’t be returning until the restaurant is equipped to service families.
It's really only good if you eat it there. Takeout causes the fries to get all soggy. Wings are still good no matter where you eat it. They're usually always busy but they're kinda bad at remembering to call out people's names. We're always cautious of our order just sitting in the ready lane as it's happened multiple times.
Why don't the cooks wear gloves while preparing the food? Isn't that a health hazard? I will never order anything from this place because of the unsanitary way the food is prepared. The place is filthy, and the customer service is horrible. I walked in, looked around, and left. Be smart people, and stay away from Wingstop on North Main Street in Euless.
Staff was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed a bit. Food took a long time to get, but they gave extra fries to make up for the time waiting.
Overall, food good, service-no complaints
I work very close ans it's always amazing to get food from this place. I really love the taste and the people are always friendly. The manager is awesome too, shes so sweet and polite
