This Wingstop is definitely a hit or miss… two weeks ago I ordered Wingstop and the food was absolutely delicious l.. but today!! I was highly disappointed. I was watching those influencers on YouTube and decided to get some tenders with the honey blaze and it was absolutely garbage.
The tenders were small and lukewarm . The fries were hard and taste like they were sitting, and I ordered the meal 15 minutes prior to picking it up …highly disappointed but again this place is always hit or miss …so take your chance.
And it’s a Wednesday it wasn’t busy and I hate when the meals are not what I expected especially because I’m pregnant. Hopefully next time I experience will be better.

This appears to be a brand new location. The ladies at the register were nice and friendly. What blew me away was that usually Wingstop takes forever to give you the order. Didn't even wait 30 mins before it was out. If you have a SO, I'd recommend the 15 piece meal for 2. The wings can be split anyone way you'd like.
Ordered (4) 10 piece classic combos. There was not one actual flapper in the entire order. The legs we got were tiny and overcooked. The fries were sad looking as well. I think we got the bottom
Shake out of the bag. Haven’t heard many good things about this location but decided to try it ourselves. Should have listened to our friends. Will try a different location next time.
The worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. Not necessarily this particular location, I think it's just Wingstop. The "Cajun" chic sand was literally just drenched --absolutely drenched--in Tabasco. There's nothing Cajun about that. Terrible.
I waited almost 30 minutes to get a 6 peice bone in wing with fries and a side of veggies.
Drive 10 minutes home and open up the wing box to find they have no sauce and are dry and over cooked.
Some of the fries a little salty but good over all. Wish they sold their ranch by the bottle though.
I have to be honest, the service here isn't great. I was given the wrong order because the young lady was on her cell phone. When I returned to exchange the order, she was still on her cell. She and another worker working the register, proceeded to open the bag and shuffled through it, then put it back on the pick up rack for I guess the rightful owner. Food is always fresh. The service needs improvement.
I am completely appalled by what’s going on in this store. I can’t believe this is the same store that was down the street. I’ve been sitting here for at least 15 minutes. The chicken in these friers have been cooked and sitting there for much longer than my 15 minutes I’ve been watching. This is absolutely disgusting! I’m watching what looks to me like pre friend chicken that’s been sitting in the baskets for over 15 minutes until they need to make an order. They drop the 15 plus minute old basket down for 30 seconds to make them chicken seem hot then toss and serve it. Let’s not talked about the fires that also have been sitting there for the same period of time that also get dropped for 30 seconds to give the sense of fresh cooked. The sad part is the manger is right there in the mix of all of it. No one has gloves on rubbing their faces blowing their noses then serving the food. I truly hope someone can come in and shut this store down before a lot of people get very sick! @healthinspector @wingstopcorporate
Second time ordering from the location on Broad. Second time receiving incorrect order. Ordered 50 boneless wings 2 packs of veggie sticks, 2 packs fries with extra seasoning. Received 25 wings, no veggies, cold fries with no seasoning. Their response: we'll bring it back and we'll see if we can remake it. Never even offered an I'm sorry let alone a realistic solution. Not wasting my time or my family's money on a third try from a staff that obviously doesn't care about their jobs.
