My friends and I love getting wingstop!! We usually get their party packs and have a get together. This time we got their 100 wings party pack
The wings are amazing, but that's where it ends. I really enjoy the wings but its everything else that disappoints, the tables have trash and crumbs, the ice for the soda dispensers doesn't work, dispensers are also out of coke.
This is a usual lunch spot due to the good wings but I think I might just go to a different location.
The cleanliness of this place is unacceptable. The cashier and cooks are just talking and laughing with each other while the place is a mess. a spill and the wet floor sign isn't out. There are chicken wings in the floor and they are not cleaning it up. Smh this is the last time i will be eating here ????
Pretty good wings and plentiful fries, the service was really quick but I would say customer service lacks a bit at the front (no one said “bye” or “thank you” when I left). I am used to the dry rub being rubbed into the wings and not just sprinkled on top of a few wings - so that is why I dinged one star.
Food was good, probably bc we were hungry bc of the... long wait (30 mins for the food to arrive), then got our order wrong (gave us another order of Parmesan instead of our BBQ wings, which we didn't care by then, we just wanted to eat), and the guy at the register wasn't really professional w/ the way he was standing or asking about sides.
Plus, you're going to smell like fried chicken when you get home. (Didn't seem smokey though.) I thought one only smells like their food after Korean BBQ...
Staff may actually be special needs! Couldn’t read service dog on my wife’s service dog vest, proceeded to say “no pets” then we further clarified she’s a service dog and she had to ask someone else who then also asked if it was a service dog. Then after that they are still mandating masks for vaccinated people and referred to the outdated sign on the door that 50% of stores still have since the vaccine update. Currently in the Colma WingStop with Zero issues, probably why they have better reviews as well!
This Wingstop is very nasty the workers need to be trained on how to properly cook and clean chicken it’s like if they don’t care about the job I am very upset ,don’t eat from here you should probably just go to Buffalo Wild Wings ????????♀️ ????
Food was cold and nasty. The worker had the nerve to lie to my face and say they just came out. With my experience with wing stops. They never come out in less than 5 minutes.
When I was near done with my food he came out with french fries that I'm convinced he did something unspeakable to them. They looked off.
Then I went home sick.
